I think it actually was the Ricardo myspace posting and the fact of the high chloroform in the car.

Yes, I agree. I think they do this because she is prone to start shaking her and talking to them too much.

Her looking down, thumbing through files etc...is no a problem for me. She has every right to ASSIST in her own defense. Matter of fact, if she wasn't able to assist, she wouldn't be competant to stand trial!

I have a problem with her showing no emotion at all when there is talk of attempting to find the last little bones of her own daughter, showing zero emotion when seeing photos of the playhouse, pics of her daughter. Crying only when there is talk of her fantasy sexual abuse. Her cold DEAD shark-like eyes is what scares me when I look at her

The deletion of the chloroform search, along with the date, is just something this DT will NOT be able to get around. They can NOT argue that it was just a curiosity search when their client purposely goes out of her way to delete the history of the search while her daughter is missing. They just can't.

She deleted it immediately after Yuri had questioned her, after she had printed up her cell phone records for him, and he was in another room, she sneakily deleted her FoxFire history and files.
