I totally agree. She is NOT crying. Take notice of the tissue when she pulls it away....... it is totally dry. Has ANYONE seen a tear roll down her cheeks yet? I've been watching closely and I certainly haven't. I've also been watching her breathing/swallowing and they are very controlled, which can't be done if you are crying.l

No real tears at all! My 92 year old grandmother just pointed out why ICA keeps shoving the tissue up her nose.... because pressure to your nostrils or the bridge of your nose can make your eyes water. She's had 3 years to perfect that. And here I was thinking she kept picking her nose

And now Baez attacking the CSI, saying the scene was contaminated and/or staged. Those woodland creatures sure were creative staging this scene JB! Would have been really nice for no questions this go around, we'll just have to wait & see how much good he does for the prosecution (as always!).

i just can't comment (within the rules of TOS) about Baez's allegations of tampered evidence, after all the jury has had to view within the past hour. IF I was him or his client, I would be very concerned about the after life. Well, Casey has more immediate concerns right now..

I would like to know how the plant,vine and root growth was intertwined with Caylee's skull and clothing remnants if it was STAGED!

not to forget how the critters that inhabit that swamp disarticulated Caylee's remains, so if the tape appears off a little, the critters were gnawing at it...but it held her manible in place..Dr. G will fix this once she is on the stand and relays her examination of Caylee's skeletal remains...Baez shut the heck up, you're making this worse for your client, I believe she and only she is the responsible party...Isn't he speculating, at this point??? Why no objections from the state....
