I think it's because he has discounted all her versions as the lies they are.

Agreed. My feed appears a tad slow-motion, and when I put the Casey-cam in full screen, I can see all of her facial gestures clearly. An expert in lie-detection and body language could tell a lot from these grimaces, smirks and expressions.

Dont ya think they would have to medicate her remember her little outbursts with mom and dad. JB wouldnt want the Jury to see that side of her JMO

LA does not recall alot of what was said in the depo. (personally I believe he is being very careful not to give any different info than what he gave that day)

Just knowing the legal system in the minor way that I do...with a case of this magnitude...I would be covering my a** too...it is dangerous to play fast and loose with statements on the stand...and hard to remember what you said in a depo....had that issue with an accident...they gave me pics of the area accident was in...five years later and asked me to repeat what I showed during depo...couldn't do it...diff pic...they tried to verbally strip me bare.

I feel bad for him. You cannot imagine what it is like to get up there and say things that you know is going to put your sister to death. No matter how bad and awful ICA is, she is still his sister, CA/GA's daughter and this must be so hard for them to get up there, knowing their testimony is condeming her, no matter what they think of her.
