How can he be skeptical about remains being shown? I'm not understanding...

Sometimes people have an agenda and there is nothing you can do about it, he made up his mind before he was picked for the jury and nothing like the facts are going to change it. I don't know if he has decided guilty or not guilty but it's not good for either side IMO.
