During yesterday's analysis, Bill Sheaffer stated that Casey does NOT have to sit in court and listen to this area of the testimony. Instead, she must remind the world she is a "victim" in all of this. #smirk

Good morning everyone! I have been thinking a lot about this testimony and about the DTs story, and I can't help but be curious. If we are to believe these opening statements and we are to believe that GA put this poor baby's body in a "place we will never know" or whatever that was that he said, and RK stole her from that spot and moved her, being that GA is obviously never going to tell where he left her and KC never knew where she was left, how does anyone, including KC know that that RK put her there and that this was not where GA put her. Just seems like the story went too far by getting him involved at all.

Anyway, I have Kindergarten graduation today for the Bean, so you guys have no idea how grateful I am for all of you to be here and take notes for me to come back to. You guys are the best!!! :blowkiss:

I think she's mad because Caylee was a possession to her that she could do what she wants with. But as soon as a professional starts discussing her remains Casey gets angry with her facial expressions; as if that's her possession they have no business discussing this. imo

I get what you are saying but it can still be a murder with an undetermined COD. Many people have been convicted where there has been bodies that have decomposed beyond a determined COD. Duct tape over the nose and mouth would point to an unnatural death to me.

ITA with this. However, after having sat through the jury interviews, from the (albeit small) information we've heard from them, I think there are several jurors who aren't going to be convinced based on "preponderance" alone. I really think there are some who are going to say, "At what point did she actually murder this child?" JMO, though.

She is trying really hard to disassociate herself from this. Her jaw movement is unbelievable. She has herself so worked up in anger that it just sticks out. Then she relaxs it, wipes the tissue on dry skin and repeats these movements over again. She is so pizzed at being there. Angry at JB for lying to her. Angry no one listened to her.

That's right Casey try to bring the attention back to yourself. Get her out of the courtroom so she can play her little game by herself. No one cares. And, it is so obvious that she doesn't have "poor coping skills" due to molestation or she would be sitting there with not a care in the world attitude.

Aha! I am fairly certain I know what is making Casey sick. It is her extreme and violent hatred for Jeff Ashton! She just can't stomach him, he makes her heave. She undoubtedly emembers how he described in detail how he imagines she murdered Caylee and she was PO'ed beyond measure. She can't simply throw him out of her house as she did Tim Miller and Leonard Padilla when they held her feet to the fire. She only gets the sick heaves when Mr Ashton is speaking!
