According to the bizarre outburst lady from a couple weeks ago the jails do not have TP. So it must be keenex or little bits of material from the jailhouse sheets.

Yes -- JB didn't even ATTEMPT to look at -- and it appeared as though ICA was trying to get JB's attention -- it was a slight attempt ...

The stack of "tissues" she was carrying in was huge -- looked like she just 'GRABBED' a stack of tissues ... "classy" ...
