Off topic....
This is such sad testimony to listen to with all the evidence of bones having been chewed on. Now they are explaining that animals are the reason for the bones being so scattered.

Thank goodness, her sweet spirit was already gone

I think that laptop is actually there to block the monitor to the side of it.... not that the mac had anything being displayed - its acting as a barrier from the bigger monitor.

Then why not just turn that monitor away???

this is tough to listen too :(

I'm no Nostradamus but I predict that ICA is going to loose it in a fit of rage during the trial like she did in the jailhouse visit, that's why you see her fist balled up and her veins popping out, she is not sad, ashamed or upset at hearing the gruesome details of how her precious baby's remains were found, ICA is very angry that she cannot say anything, she must sit in silence against her will while the world judges her and she cannot handle that, she used to being in control via her manipulations and this time its just not working, for the first time in her life ICA is having to accept or deal with the consequences of her actions.

I also envisioned her yelling or blurting something out in court too ala Ted Bundy. Thanks for posting this.
Another footage of her being arrested in the baby blue tee-shirt with 31 on it she had such a strange look. She didn't look sad, stressed out or depressed but this weird smirk. Maybe duper's delight? Something was awfully funny to her.,
I wonder if she was tested to see if she was on drugs when they arrested her or not. Anyone know?

Dr. Schultz w/ JA - identify photo - small piece of bone belongs to this bone in other picture.

photo - small finger and hand bones.....scientific scales in center screen ...placed a quarter in picture to show how tiny they actually are.....recovery effort took how long? refer to notes....initial 12/11/08 - up until 12/20/08 mapping finished...

EZ - photo 2 bones recovered ....publish...bones represent part of the pelvis...touch your waist find top of your pelvis...top part of the juxcoxa (sic?) adipocere as well...fats convert in body to wax (grave wax).....one of these was found almost completely buried in the muck...which one? check notes....left one - shown in the picture.....

FC - photo - picture of skeleton laid out in anatomical order after all the bones were recovered....publish....how successful was recovery effort? generally recovering skeleton dispursed @ site and carnivore activity - very difficult to collect all of skeleton remains and the teeth....got all but one tooth, most of the spine, ribs, long bones, tiny bones, only one bone on right foot - due to animal activity.....provided info from Ron Murdock with mapping locations....normally utilize taphony and forensic to come to expert opinion....want to have things mapped out from the dump site...

survey containing notes where dispersal of the various bones....QG - publish........zoom in on the area....mappping on screen....bones in area where bones were found....what found in each area.....area A what we feel primary depositional area...body and mass of bags placed into woods.....initial separatation occurred....skull, arms, limbs....as skeleton dispursed @ scene -can follow along which parts were where.....as he was advising OCSO - in picture north in picture....investigators were south....as additional bones found...each day we find more material....search progressed further south.....expand west and east.....location of more bones further out.....go from the known and expand further out....completely searched...all surface debris and ground will be scraped.... (kc blowing nose with a tissue) what found in area A? HHBP says cannot talk @ same time....

what skeletal remains in area A? - skull, bags, additional bones, arms with hand bones, lower legs found there with left foot.....Area B - shaft upper arm humerus....progressed further to Southeast area F - trunk of body w/pelvis both lower leg bones and pelvis....connected anatomical unit - being dragged away from area A - trunk with femoral attached to pelvis still articulated....area D - only located 1 bone - far left of diagram.....only bone found for right foot - carnivore damage - area E - is handbone (just one).....area G - most of spinal column with many ribs attached - along with lower spinal column - consistent with animal....there was damage to spinal column - animal damage ....area H - ribs and little bones disarticulated.....area I - found 20 of 24 vertebrae....trunk being dragged thru woods, not held on by ligaments.....spinal column being dragged while articulated......a whole anatomical unit being dragged...

in order for that to occur - had to be tissue connecting bones together as a unit....

based upon dispersal pattern.....body deposited in area A as a complete unit....relatively intact......area F clearly trunk and lower legs were clearly articulated.....no indication body was dismembered by using a tool - natural process of decomp....

one bone was buried in something - taphonomy...how bones dispurse (object- sidebar)

It is just an outrage beyond comprehension to put a child's body some place where it will be ripped apart by animals such that all of her bones can't even be found. I know we know this already, but hearing it like this really smacks you in the face.

I agree. Who on earth is going to believe that George was involved in this? Only the person who killed little Caylee would have thrown her in the woods. A reasonable person would know that doing so would leave her body to rot and be scattered by animals.

I really hope this "dispersal pattern", etc. will set the RK fable afloat.

Court Reporter looks like she is tired of side bars, lol

ARGG!! Sidebar now?! I'm trying to follow this, dang it!!

JA has always really irritated me. I was concerned that his demeanor would not sit well with the jury. But I like to give credit where it's due....
I am SUPER impressed with his conduct and professionalism over the last week. His interpersonal skills have improved 10-fold.
Now I have faith that we will finally see justice for Caylee
Thank you Mr Ashton.

That is exactly what she was hoping for that the body would be eaten by the animals, and never be found, no body no crime, she is so very evil, and she is very angry having to listen to all this, how either of her lawyers can show sympathy for her is behind me, like rubbing her back, the lady lawyer sorry forgot her name is a mother she has to know that she is guilty as sin, as for Mr. b he just wants to make a name for himself so it does not bother him to give her attention, but the elder gentleman, he never really bothers with her, he is just going to write a book win or lose!!

JA: what remains in area A?

the initial area where they located the skull. the arms with hand bones, the lower legs were also found there with the left foot.

JA: B?

the shaft for the upper arm bone

JA: area F?

as we progressed south eastern direction what we can see happened here the trunk of the body with the lower legs was dragged here. Both lower leg bones and part of the pelvis.

JA: connected anotomical unit?

yes, dragged away from this area by animals, with bones attached, still articulated.

JA: further dispersal?

area D, that is the area where we located only one bone. the only bone we found for the right foot. carnavore damage. animals had dispersed in area D.

JA: one bone of foot?

correct. Area E was one hand bone.

JA: okay. you told us about area F. what about G?

area F is where we did see carnivor damage on both bones. area G we had most of the spinal colum with ribs attached. what you see here is the bottom of spinal column.

JA: is that consistant with animal?

yes, consistant. damage to pelvis area, that spine would attach to pelvis.
Area I, we have not seen most of the spine, what is interesting about area I if we stop at the top of the spine we have...7...12...5 that is 24 vertibre. This is consistant that as the trunk is being dragged through the woods, less legaments to hold it together. that is consistant with the body being dragged while it is still quite articulate. it is consistant with a whole anatomical unit being dragged.

JA: skull had to have had tissue?

yes, some tissue holding the bones together.

JA: spoke of all areas?

yes

JA: have an opinion if the body was deposited in area A as a complete intact unit.

it would have been in the bags, but the trunk and lower legs would have been articulated but the other parts could have been in parts.

JA: no evidence of body being dismembered.

no

JA: based on the dispersal pattern, the hip bone was buried in something. what is the significance?

when trying to interpret when the bones were placed and how they were dispersed...(interruption)

Was baez aware of any of this testiomy before he came up with his idiotic OS? How in the world is he going to say kronk put it at the "dump site" {the Drs words} months later?

Wow this testimony is very compelling and he is great at explaining.

Interested in masons cross I mean badger of this witness.

I think that laptop is actually there to block the monitor to the side of it.... not that the mac had anything being displayed - its acting as a barrier from the bigger monitor.

Didn't one of the reporters tweeting say one juror has requested his computer monitor to be moved? I think they'd be able to move that screen. Can someone look through the tweets on wesh? My screen keeps freezing.

Court Reporter sure looked like..."Again???" as another side bar is called by DT:floorlaugh:

  • #1,096
OF course as soon as the Kronk theory is being "busted"....there is an objection by the DT.

Cityslick while I respect your opinion, how about the Casey Cams? Millions are tuning into HLN, In-session, WFTV etc. watching this defendant. It's all we have right now.

I know, it's just that a majority of this thread seems to only be about ICA, which would translate to most people in general concerned about ICA and not what else is going on.

JB pretty animated at sidebar.

  • #1,099
She blew her nose LOUDLY on cue. When they said "sidebar," she inhaled deeply and blew her nose, thinking she's getting the jury's attention. Simms is prolly watching the jury saying "more emotion, they aren't looking..."

Sadly the photo of the reconstructed skeleton on Caylee was phographed byt M.E. and shown in #caseyanthony court. Jurors have been solid.

Juror 11 has hands on his neck. He and juror 10 both lean back in their chairs. #caseyanthony

#caseyanthony looks down, has hand on her face. She looks like she is about to be sick.

#CaseyAnthony jury holding up well. They sit directly across courtroom from Casey. But some may have view obstructed by podium.
