The defense is going to tear down the State's case now because there is no cause of death and no info really available from the medical examiner. CM will tear this evidence all apart now. Makes me nervous.

With all respect, this just blows my mind. Just exactly how many serial killers who have had skeletons found buried on their property had "cause of death". The state doesn't have to show cause of death. It is always nice...icing on the cake...but in reality, many, many murders don't leave much to determine cause of death by time the bodies are discovered.

They have nothing so they try to discredit experts. CM will come on strong (obnoxious) that's just who he is.

the only time we ever see her glaring THIS badly is when she's facing the music and cant get away....during LDB opening statements, the crime scene photos...

Hasn't this been the number one issue with the state's case from the beginning (no cause of death)?

I really dislike CM's cross. I want JB back! CM's tone is so angry and condescending. That has to subconsciously have an effect on the Jury.

I agree. This is the first big case I have ever followed, and in my POV, it feels like CM is attacking the "good guys" (SA, witnesses just doing their jobs). So I am really hoping the jury feels that way also.
