WHY is she blowing her nose?? She hasn't shed ONE freakin tear!!!

Deja vu........... yesterday all over again.

She is NOT crying, imo

Casey is not sick. She is MAD. Very mad. She's mad at herself for not putting Caylee somewhere that she could never be found. She's mad that she failed at this. She failed to get rid of the body so it would never be found. It is really making her mad to have to sit here and listen to all of this evidence they have in regards to Caylees remains. I bet she goes back to her cell and pounds the wall every night. She's pizzed that she can't make them stop talking about it. She's used to getting her way and this is killing her that she has no power over these people and can't make them shut up.

who said "fakedown" ? LOLZ

IS just commented how this is upsetting ICA so much.

"Some of the process had to involve removing some of the vines and some of the over grown plant debris."

Maybe age of victim and if hands are bonds but normal people can get duct tape off or move it away enough to breath. So no alone I do not think it is reasonable to think duct alone is always the COD in cases where it is found. Caylee would have got out of it if alive and not asleep or bond enough to breath. 2 year 10 months. She would have found a way to breath arround it.

It does point to an unnatural death but it does not prove one.

It would take an unnaturally strong 2 year-old, IMO, to get off that much duct tape wrapped around her head before she suffocated. Besides, she may well have been unconscious from the chloroform at the time the tape was applied.

I can't recall ever, ever hearing of a death by natural causes where someone applied duct tape post mortem. Dr. G. was on HLN several times yesterday and stated the tape convinced her that Caylee's death was indeed a homicide.

On IS: "Take a look at Casey; you cannot ignore how this is effecting her."

My concern is the impact this will have on the jury.

Schultz is now explaining the canopy picture to the jury. He was unaware that the jury could not see the picture the first time he explained it.

  • #629
remember...her child "drowned"...look what George did!

Yeah, but she was shown partying and appearing happy in the days and weeks afterward. Her crying now makes no sense if I'm a juror and I'm supposed to buy that she's living in her own world, trying to deny the truth, etc.

Dr: Additional CSI worked south of us, and as additional remains were located, the search area kept expanding.

Dr is explaining the area. Lots of vines. Some vines and overgrown tree debris were removed.

I'm so impressed with how objective yet kind all the forensic and medical experts are. Must take a special kind of person to be that special a scientist.

Cant' stop thinking about Casey's photobucket account and all those skeleton and skull pictures. She must have had some sort of a concept of what was going on with Caylee's poor little body, but it seems the real imagery is too much to take. Wow. Was it worth it, girl? Really?

Will her photobucket pics come in?

I moved away from the split screen because it's making me nauseous to watch Casey's performance. I hope HHJP told attorneys this morning in chambers that he won't tolerate any more time off for "illness". jmo

Since DT find it so necessary to block ICAs body from camera, why don't they just put her under the table?

  • #634
A screen station...for this baby...ARGH. Thank God for all these experts that cared about Caylee more than ICA. ~sigh~

Can you believe it? All those strangers helping Caylee....even the dogs showed more care than her murderer. JMO

I have panic disorder. Scariest thing I've ever felt in my life, and what really kills you when you have it is that there is NO logical explanation for it. It's horrible.

And, does it affect your ability to swallow?

Again he mentions hands and knees. That creates a lasting impression I am sure.

I don't think Casey should even bother trying to cry. JB is trying to build his whole case on the fact that she's very disturbed, has grown up having to hide her true emotions because of abuse, has lived in denial and in her own world away from reality, etc.

In other words, she should either convincingly cry, or give it up. This half-a$$ed stuff isn't helping her case at all.

...according to the Dt opening statement she should be able to act as if there is nothing wrong. She can have a man's thingie in her mouth and go to school as if nothing happened. So is the reaction now completely contradictory to the theory?

Your opinions? Why is she 'truly' crying now?

I think this is a long trial and long days and I think she is reaching her limit of having to sit there. I think she really thinks she is a victim like people around her will say POOR KC let's stop this.

DS pawing her does not help.

Or she could be trying to distract the jury from the testimony.

I expect a scene when Dr. G gets ont he stand.

OH I thought I saw a tear but it was only a speck of dust on my screen. Usually when I see a person cry male or female I just want to hug them just comfort them, I do not have these feelings with KC. I feel nothing for her.
