We need a tissue count. I believe she has been holding the same tissue for 50 minutes of wiping away non existant tears & blowing non existant snot out of her non running nose.

She is also 50 minutes in to her great effort at demonstrating distress. As lazy as she is, this must be quite tiring & boring for her.

I heard last night on one of the shows that when all the teeth were found (including the molars? still in her mouth) there were "too many" according to CA..She had proudly kept track of all of Caylee's teeth..(Played 'Tooth Fairy' I'm sure vs ICA)..This was partially responsible to help convince her the remains were NOT her beloved Caylee's.

eta..I may not be here at the time the recovery of the teeth is presented which is why I posted this now during the 'bone' testimony.

Since DT find it so necessary to block ICAs body from camera, why don't they just put her under the table?

I'm sooo tempted to say something that would surely get me banned...:floorlaugh:

Looking at photo of Caylee's spine - with roots growing through the vertibrate.

Does she really think the Jury will believe this performance, after listening to hours of her ELABORATE, LYING performances to LE, her family, etc.?

This is just another avenue to feed her POWER to control the situation.

KC Observation. Bangs, shorter hair around face, were left loose in previous days. Last 2 days of trial hair is pulled tightly back, exposing more of face and expressions.

Dear Lord - roots were growing through the vertebrae. :(

I moved away from the split screen because it's making me nauseous to watch Casey's performance. I hope HHJP told attorneys this morning in chambers that he won't tolerate any more time off for "illness". jmo

I wish that HHJP would just get her the he77 outta there at the break.

When witness said "...because we're dealing with a child..." DS made an annoyed/disgusted face

Dr. Shultz repeatedly uses the term "child". Has to make an impact.

He says search area progressively grew as search continued. (He's testifying about the bone scatter).

Photo being shown of vines in the area, photo shows process of removing vines and overgrowth, plant debris, tree debris. People placing flags where items were found. Flags documented where photos were taken and mapped.

He says it is important to document how the remains were disarticulated at the site. Disarticulated means bones separated from their natural location.

He describes close up of one of the CSI's documenting the site. She has in her left hand an envelope for evidence collection and also a camera. She would have wrote down number assigned to the evidence on the flag and then where the evidence was found so it could be mapped later.

His job was to tell what was a human bone, what was not. Human bones were transported to ME office. Some non human bones were also transported to the ME office.

Showing photo of vertebrae and spine. Roots growing throughout vertebrae. :( Because we are dealing with a child, we can see all of these vertebrae are in certain pieces. What's interesting is all of these bones were found in one location. So these bones were transported while still held together.

It would take an unnaturally strong 2 year-old, IMO, to get off that much duct tape wrapped around her head before she suffocated. Besides, she may well have been unconscious from the chloroform at the time the tape was applied.

I can't recall ever, ever hearing of a death by natural causes where someone applied duct tape post mortem. Dr. G. was on HLN several times yesterday and stated the tape convinced her that Caylee's death was indeed a homicide.

I agree but they have to prove she put the tape there.

And she would not have to get it off before being able to breath. Just wet and shifted which should have left DNA.

Not sure they can make many points about the search or anything "missing"; impossible to believe that jurors will see that as somehow related to the defense theory of an accidental drowning -- complete non-sequitor. What difference does it make? The whole body-snatching/removal/replacement/conspriacy with GA and RK/vast LE collusion with local and federal agencies to frame this poor, entirely innocent and productive citizen is so laughable that it isnt worth the time to acknowledge, let alone try to figure out.

How many bones are in the human? 206? And more in a child because some haven't fused. What a feat!!

  • #677
Roots growing through vertebra. Shows body was transported while the body was still held together.

  • #678
All the bones of the spine where in one location which means that the body was transported to the scene while still in tact. Was found in away fromt he skull.

...according to the Dt opening statement she should be able to act as if there is nothing wrong. She can have a man's thingie in her mouth and go to school as if nothing happened. So is the reaction now completely contradictory to the theory?

That's what I think, yes.

SLAM....just blew apart the DT about KRONK.
