good morning everyone (at work so I'm reading and have everything on mute).

When this case is retried on appeal, it would make much more sense for the new lawyer to ask NO questions of these witnesses....except for maybe "can you tell from this bug evidence WHO put Caylee in that trunk?" and NOOOOOO other questions.

The problem with JB is that when they did pre-trial questioning of these witnesses, JB played all his cards too early and let the witnesses know exactly what he was going to question them about and how snarky he would be. They've all come onto the stand prepared for what they were about to face, and this has given them such an upperhand. Thank you JB for being so cocky because you've made these witnesses wipe the floor with you while you stumble around.

I think JB uses the BIG PAD to try and stay focused because he can't remember what he is saying, I know I can't.

JB's is always trying to make things seem bigger or more dramatic than they are by using the same phrases

it's his way of trying to sound the way a real lawyer sounds. All through the trial he's reminded me of a Sienfeld episode when Newman acted as his own lawyer in trafic court and grilled Kramer with questions. Not saying it to be funny, it's just what he sou ds like to me.

....i think what hes trying to say is that if Cayless body was put in the water after death there would be no evidence of blowflies

I also believe that Baez puts the easel there to block more of the jury from being able to see ICA at the defense table. We know that the podium he is (supposed) to stand at blocks some of their views. The placement of the easel blocks even more.

Baez is driving me absolutely nuts not standing in front of the mic and his voice fading in and out. How does the jury even hear him??? I don't even hear half of what he says which is probably a good thing. ugh I can't stand him.
