Good luck, Jose, in convincing the jury that it matters one little bit whether the trash bag was wet or not. I think that isn't even going to come up during deliberations.

It really is. What else can he argue at this point? Every thing else has been scientifically proven. Now he's just arguing semantics..at least he thinks he is. He doesn't quite realize this can be scientifically proven, too.
