I believe I have just figured this out. The smell of decomp is coming from a towel used to mop up the melting juices from the frozen meat Casey stole from her mother's refridge that day to feed Tony. Remember when he picked her up at the lot she handed him bags of the food.

There is simply too little time between when Casey left home and left her car for any decomp to have created such a stench. She left home with Caylee, killed her or accidently killed or found her dead, brought her home to wrap her up...why the duck tape...who knows and then dumped her in the woods.

The smell came from decomposing chicken, beef.....

Caylee was not in the car more than a few hours.....events prove that no matter what these scientists say.

It was frozen processed chicken nuggets. #1 it was frozen, #2 it was processed food, #3 she took it out of the car with her and the car was already stinking at that point by her own texts to Amy H., #4 ALL of the testimony by EXPERTS have confirmed this., #5 there was NO meat products of ANY kind in the trash found in the car. #6 The trash came from TL's house, have you ever seen college boys eat? There was NO food remaining in any of the packaging.

You've got to be kidding. I hope you are anyway. Decomp starts immediately The smell in her car was noted about 9 or 10 days after Caylee was last seen and probably killed. That decomp would have been horrific and the smell even more so.

I am watching the Trial on HLN this morning, with Jean C "hosting" :

When HLN goes in and out of commercials, Jean C has referred to the Trial several times as :

The Casey Anthony "Death Penalty" Murder Trial !

:waitasec: I have NOT heard Jean C, or any of the other hosts, use this term when they go back and forth between the commercials ... or did I miss something previously ?

They have talked about the "Death Penalty" being on the table ... but NOT in reference to what the viewers are watching.

One problem with that is, is that the smell of decomposing meat and a decomposing human are two different smells.

There is no way it was from decomposing chicken or beef, and they have proved that it was HUMAN decomp by the composition. FYI, Dr Haskel just testified that the body was in the trunk decomposing for 3-5 days. Also, he has 50 years of experience. Do you remember the pic of the stain in the trunk in the shape of a child in the fetal position?

Just woke up and realized that it was Sat and court was in session. Panicked and told hubby and boys that they needed to hit McDonald's for breakfast on the way to golf lessons! I'm not even gonna lie, they have had takeout almost every day this week because I've been so engrossed in this trial

I just want to know how KC can get all fetal and frenzied to the point of hysterics when listening to the testimony over the past 2 days about duct tape placement on Caylee's skull, animals eating her skeleton, etc., yet find it possible to laugh at Dr. Haskill about garbage vs. trash and not be sobbing about testimony that maggots, blowflies and coffin flies were feeding off of her child's remains today??!!

I was so grossed out by the whole "bug" testimony, but more ticked off by her whole demeanor today. I really hope that the jury is looking at and noting this manipulative murderer and her "crying" game.

Agreed, I'm done with them! Off to Best Buy this afternoon to buy the Sony Bravia wireless USB so I can stream it onto my 60" television so I can actually see the witnesses and read here at the same time.

Why was ICA so excited about the Bug testimony? What didn't she get that the good Bug Doc said about Caylee's decomp fluids on the paper towels? Is she really that dense or confident in JB? Seriously for me, that would seal it if I were on that jury!
