It's ok to plant "reasonable doubt", but you don't want the jury to get the impression that you're out and out lying.Ha! Take that defense, the machete and sheath are issued to employees of OCSO.

Why does the talk of palmetto trunks have Casey taking the "thinker pose" again? She was animated and chuckling during the decomposing body testimony?
I really hope the jury is noticing the defendant's inappropriate emotional responses.
Does it really matter if you are coming or going, just got up or whatever you are doing? I'd rather read about the testimony.
Cheney Mason was questioning another crime scene investigator, trying to imply no one put it those two items in the photograph there and they didn't know where it came from. ie conspiracy theories, crime scene tampering etc.
LDB just cleared up with JW that OCSO employees are issued these machetes. It belonged to someone working the crime scene to cut back overgrowth.
Curious why talk of decomposing bodies, fluids, blow flies, tissue, decomposing tissue, etc did not bother ICA at all, but back to the crime scene and she assumes the Thinker pose again?
Methinks the Defence Team told her to quit yukking it up during testimony - during break.

Yes we did - me thinks that was an "oopsy"Did we just see a bone?
I was arguing that very thing with a new poster the other night who thought these items were hinky.
Seemed easy to me to assume they were for brush clearing.
Thank you for that. Heading back to my TV to look. Having computer problems today. :banghead:Maybe this is the duct tape with the heart?
