I personally never gave the supposed heart shaped image much credence... IMO

Really? IMO It's like Casey signed her name to the deed.

Witness is a little robotic. Needs to loosen up or she will lose the jury.

To me, she is easy to understand. She could definitely be a school teacher IMO!

See...IIRC...that sticker wasn't actually a sticker...I believe they found a heart shape hair clip of some kind.
Sorry...there has been way too much info given over 3 years.

It was a sticker.

If she saw this heartshaped residue once, how come she couldn't find it again?

That's troubling.
The tests she subsequently conducted destroyed the residue.

Casey is so not happy that her JB is laughing with this young, intelligent and accomplished young lady!

Juror 15 seems very interested by the FBI lady's testimony.

On Saturday they saw photos of sheets of heart shaped stickers at the Anthony house, but I don't think anything was mentioned of it. Someone might recall that, however. Also, I saw a garage photo somewhere that shows a clear plastic tub that also had lots of heart-shaped stickers clearly visible in the photo. Someone in that house was really into heart stickers.

IIRC, JB objected to LDB putting the sheet of stickers from the A home into evidence, because of the date it was collected. Maybe now that this evidence is laying the foundation of a sticker being on the duct tape, they will now be able to get the sheet of stickers from the A home into evidence. IMO, MOO

I am not a scientific person at all, but I am getting EVERYTHING she is saying. Even JB seems kinda charmed by her.

She is one of the most confident people I've ever seen.

I bet she was a teaching assistant while she was in grad school. She's very practiced at answering questions clearly. Wish I'd had her as a teacher in college!

First thought, tho no picture, she did at least bring in her manager to see what she saw..so is verified visual.
Second this is the first time the jury has heard about heartshaped sticker which she visualized the residue in that shape..I believe SA had to show foundation so can then bring in those pictures from the Anthony Residence.
Thirdly, I do believe SA will now be able to bring those pictures of those stickers from the Anthony residence and found in Casey's room...

BTW..I really like this witness!!! :great:

George looks just sick over this sticker residue testimony. Almost a snarl of disgust forming. Cindy, head down.

Interesting , Any tweets?

I dont twitter. However I do know lots of twitterpatted people.

Was there any sort of test done on the residue, to verify it was from a sticker? Without the recovery of the actual sticker, could it have been a "heart shaped" residue from something else? I forget if they verified the residue.

  • #956
Not sure what JB is doing here. I've already heard all this from the witness during direct.

  • #957
JB: "So the RUBIS system is something very advanced?"

FBI Witness: "Nah, we got a kit online and you can make up your own instructions, because it's too complicated to use otherwise."

JB...this would be step nine. Then comes step 10. At least we know you can count.

I love how she acknowledges television shows like C.S.I.
It helps in understanding what she is talking about.

I loved that she related it to CSI on t.v. I hope that helped the jury. Oooohhh now she is talking about how the superglue is the same stuff found in the household...which again lets the jury relate this to something simple in lay persons terms.

I just heard someone crying loudly...anyone else?
