Honestly, I have no idea, but I really think he should allow her to step in here. The only other reason I can think of is he is afraid she will look smarter than him.

as usual, I don't think he is prepared for his cross, this is when he furthers the case state for the state, I can't wait to see how many questions he asks that he either doesn't even understand what he is asking, or the answer will put further hurt the defense. IMO, MOO etc.

I have to laugh at JB when examining EXPERTS he asks "so, this is just your OPINION,right?" like that was just a casual comment they had made, not the result of years of research, reading, work experience which led to them forming a professional opinion...

Have we seen her ask one question during this trial so far? If we have I missed it...:innocent: mostly she is the babysitter it seems to me...

We have a man that admitted he has a hearing problem, and a babysitter, or Nanny, and MR. B. and I have always said win or lose, he is making a name for himself, at this point he does not really care about Miss Anthony, and i hope she is starting to see that she is going to be moving to a new home soon.
