JMO, but it might have been better if the SA had not included this study.

JB does NOT need to keep asking questions for which he does not know the answers!

JB - the 2 other examiners have more experience than you, correct?

Shaw - NO, less.

Things that make you go :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

oh boy...I hate when Jose tries to dumb down the tesimony and the witness corrects him and makes it easier for the jury to understand how wrong he is. :floorlaugh:

I also feel for educated and respected witnesses that find themselves confounded by JB's ridiculous questions. I wish I could have collected screen shots of their befuddled faces - the expressions that clearly show them thinking "What kind of convoluted nonsensical question is this?" Many witnesses have even said "I do not understand that question."

so tired of JB's amateur gotcha attempts

Do we know how the jury is doing? Any note taking etc?

You can't say post-mortem root banding comes from a deceased body? Then why is it called 'post-mortem'??

  • #629
Well guy's.. I'm going to take a break from this BS from JB cause if I don't I will probably find myself not only with a time out but more than likely BANNED for life !! :maddening: :maddening: :banghead: :banghead:

I agree. It is totally irrelevant. TN vs. FL? Time of year, etc. Bad move on prosecution's side.

Greetings & Salutations:

I'm following along live with the Anthony trial for the 1st time this session. I've been lurking & reading your comments, as well as outside sources, like crazy, but this is the first time I've been able to come along for the ride.

Already I want to send JB to remedial science classes. It seems like he just does not understand that science, even "well-established disciplines," is dynamic.

:greetings: :welcome:

2 female jurors taking notes. Shaw says he cannot say for sure the hair came from a decomposing body.

Yes I know, but I just grabbed your quote about being confused. Mountain Kat is a "mock juror"...

see? JB has me so confused I forgot Kat is the juror. sorry about that!

ICA, getting her sexy-crooked-finger thing on...yuck:banghead:

  • #636
Who is the recipient of her "come over here" finger?

For her boy, JB, I was watching that, and she was following him with her eyes, til he looked at her, then she did that.

Who is the recipient of her "come over here" finger?

My question too. I'm hoping to see video of a little before/after time to put it in context. Otherwise, wow.

LMAO. JP to JB: you can consult with your colleagues. (you know, the smart ones)

Yes, and that was JPs response to JB's look of total confusion.:floorlaugh:

The reason that the FBI agent has a job is because of people brushing their hair?? Just stop, Jose.
