So, it's your opinion that JA asking the author and/or owner of the report; as opposed to LDB and/or FG; makes JA shady???? :waitasec:

Is that what you're saying?

Just trying to catch up...I need more coffee.

Not that independently. I have been watching him and that is just my opinion based on observing him in court.

Greetings & Salutations:

I'm following along live with the Anthony trial for the 1st time this session. I've been lurking & reading your comments, as well as outside sources, like crazy, but this is the first time I've been able to come along for the ride.

Already I want to send JB to remedial science classes. It seems like he just does not understand that science, even "well-established disciplines," is dynamic.

Welcome aboard! :seeya:
If you weren't confused when you arrived you will be soon, listening to Professor Baez...

Good Lord this poor jury.:banghead:
JB has hair on him somewhere. wow.

My head hurts. Is JB trying to say post mortem banding is from a hair that falls out when someone is alive?

Once again, Baez gets what he needs from the witness, then proceeds to muddy his own waters. It *almost* makes me feel bad for him. Jeezy.

Are you freakin' kidding me!

"You wanna be next in line?"

Someone get the jurors a shot girl! :banghead:

Why oh Why is JB talking about transfer? I'm not following him and I don't see the logic behind it. Is he trying to say Caylee's hair band hair transfered off of something to get into the trunk? :dunno:

(Can't believe I used JB and logic in the same sentence :banghead: )

I'm not sure this decomp hair banding testimony helps state.1st time ever in court, not conclusive ,kinda confusing 4 #caseyanthony jury

And with that I am going to work. I will be reading you all from there.

The phrase you're looking for JB is direct transfer versus indirect transfer!

  • #655
How come she put all her make-up on today. Also are her parents in court today

  • #656
Really JB? Keep talking about transfer hairs? Just keep pointing out that there were none of GEORGE's hairs found anywhere!

The term "splitting hairs" is starting to make sense.

Endlessly frustrating despite the many times we've talked about it here -- he keeps trying to convince us that there wasn't a dead body in the car (failed, that ship has sailed), as though somehow that's necessary to his case.

But wait! He's admitted that his client saw her dead daughter! I suppose it's not difficult to imagine that we can conclude that she is in fact dead. Somebody put me out of my misery.

:cow:

I think JB is making some headway. I don't think this testimony helps the State at all. Should have been left off with the root banding on the hair found in the trunk.
