Far more cases end with a whimper than a bang. Have faith. There is always the things that need to be presented after the DT team is done....providing that the judge doesn't feel that she is innocent and grant this motion and just send her home with her proud parents today.

Defense is not resting. This motion is common in all cases, Bill S. said yesterday they would do this and it would be denied. DT said they weren't ready to bring witnesses until Thursday since State rested earlier than expected.

This is not the SA's fault. They wanted to do this Thursday. It was the DT that made a fuss over the tattoo and refused to do this Thursday. I am so pizzed at them for this. They didn't want the state to rest on the same day they started. Once again, the DT is just being childish and stupid, not giving a darn about anyone but their egotistical selves. What a waste, a huge waste of the court and Jury's time today!

Before anyone laughs at what CM is doing right now, keep in mind this is standard procedure for a majority of all trials in this country. The DT has an obligation to ask for aquittal/mistrial at the end of the states case. If they didn't do this, the defendant should fire his/her defense team on the spot.

No, jury was dismissed after the prosecution said that they've rested their case.

Both prosecution and defense have agreed the tattoo's literal meaning is 'beautiful life'.
