So far if I were on the jury I would think she is guilty there was no reasonable doubt. She doesn't get a pass because the Caylee was bones when found and cause of death could not be determined that is not reasonable doubt.

are GA and CA there this morning?

  • #223
Mason is making some good points here. Sorry but I'm just being very honest.

  • #224
Didnt caylee die under caseys watch?:innocent:

  • #225
CM: No evidence to prove when she died, where she died, how she died, who was with her when she died and failed to rebut accidental death and efforts to cover up said death.

  • #226
CM are you serious? Your side told us how, where, when, and who was with Caylee when she passed!

  • #227
I wonder if this ever works? IF this is standard stuff has the judge ever said "you're right" Dismissed!

  • #228
Untruthfulness? How about compulsive, pathological lying? Mason and his client deserve one another.

  • #229
The state rests...a long 3yrs to get to this..hopefully the verdict will be reached fast after the DT rests. I knew that the DT was going to bring up the reason why the jury wanted to see the sticker 313 from yesterday...and go JA for standing up for the jury that they didn't do anything wrong and was their right.

No to listen to CM ramble and try to school HHJP on the law

CM is complaining about Dr. G saying homicide! :tears:

He is also talking about Casey's history of not telling the truth to family and friends!

  • #231
Um...how can CM say "there's no evidence to prove when she died, how she died, and who was present when she died" when the DT itself claims to know all of these things? :banghead:

  • #232
OMG! They said themselves, in their OS, that ICA was a liar and that she died on June 16, 2008!

  • #233
ooh if he's going count by count, I can't wait until he gets to the lying to the police

  • #234
Uh, I think Dr G took care of the 'reasonable hypothesis' that there was no accidental drowning. At least imo she did.

  • #235
Usually, this is much shorter. I think Mason likes to hear himself talk almost as much as Jose does:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

  • #236
Well, this was a strange morning for everyone! I expected the state to go out with more of a bang than they did.
Thanks to everyone who posts the trial on here. I can't watch it from work, can only read on Websleuths. You are doing a great job!
I think they should have closed with the video of Caylee with great grandpa, three years ago TODAY.

Does ica look like she is breathing hard to anyone else?Does she realy think she is gonna get up and walk out a free woman today?

I think she has herself convinced she is -and she is in for a long hard fall.

  • #238
ICA is far from innocent.

Right CM, we don't know when where or how. THere is one person who holds the key to that answer.. and its your client.. and I believe shes on her 4th or 5th story now about what really happened to Caylee.

I can't listen to this!

  • #239
No, jury was dismissed after the prosecution said that they've rested their case.

Both prosecution and defense have agreed the tattoo's literal meaning is 'beautiful life'.

Thank you so much.

I am trying to follow CM very hard, but it is difficult. I can't understand him most of the time.
