Judge reading case law of a case where a child was last seen with a defendent but found later by someone else and later died int he hospital. That was enough to charge that defendent was enough evidence since the victim and the defendant were last seen together and shortly after the victim was found strangled.
Interesting. So much like KC being the last seen with Caylee and later found dead in the woods.
It occurs to me that ICA has really though all along "they ain't got nuttin on me - it's all circumstantial" was going to work. It's almost always all circumstantial.
