Is there something mentally defective with the defenses witnesses? I mean seriously, they all say Caylee was dead somewhere else and then moved. There is ONE place and ONE place only that there is evidence of a dead body - ICA's CAR.

Except for JB when he trying to convince us that cadaver dogs in the A's backyard were both lying...

Geez, the difference between the State's expert witness and Defense expert witnesses is overwhelming. I know the State has more money to work with, but it's almost embarrassing to see how personable, confident, engaging, honest the State's experts were and then we have....well- Defense "experts".

Bill S. said JA should have mentioned that Haskell was his teacher, but I'm thinking JA did NOT want the jury to associate their expert witness with this joke guy. I love how JA basically laughed this guy off the stand at the end. ha

All the good ones would not go with the defenses baseless and outlandish claims about the evidence. Why do you think their expert hair witness declined to testify? Because he agreed with Karen Lowe from the FBI - post mortem banding, end of story.

IMO, Dr Vass is far too respected and accomplished to give a darn about some kid's opinion.

I don’t see how he will be able to build a reputation for anyone to want to call him as an expert witness. He couldn’t even lie effectively today, but I will give him credit for trying. Getting caught red handed kinda reminds of who he was there to lie for.

I agree, I find it appalling that any attorney would have the B@lls to take their phone with them and use it during a trial to question a witness. I just don't see how that is proper court room etiquette and how that is legal..I have been told it is legal for LKB to be texting him..I just don't see how when she is not even on the DT anymore. Assuming that she is the one he is texting. And why is Dorthy Sim's even there? She is the medical expert and has done nothing but babysit Casey. Baez has first chair and he will end up putting Casey in the electric chair if he doesn't get his act together and have her throw herself to the mercy of the court... And I hope Judge Perry doesn't feel sorry for the Anthony's come sentencing time..Cindy played a big part in this cover up and lied to LE as well...she destroyed evidence from the car and gave the FBI the wrong tooth brush. The only person I feel sorry for is Caylee..she is the only one that was duct taped/chloroformed/triple bagged/, and dumped like trash 15 housed down from the Anthony home near Casey's pet cemetary... JMO :cow:

One last comment - just listened to Judge Eaton's comment - Between the Teacher and the Student - the Teacher won.
Also, that despite the experts, he said the jury is more likely to believe the tow truck and CA's comments about the body in the trunk than they will believe the experts.

Dr. Huntington might have all the degrees but he does not have the experience and I will take experience over degrees any day.
You could see it plain as day, I would hate to go back to his University and teach, he must feel like he has been run over by a truck.

Yes I have been noticing that too. And she gives the baliffs dirty looks to boot. And then just stands there like I AM NOT MOVING FOR ANYBODY!!!!

And then she practically runs ahead just to get to the door first so she can 'pretend' to be a regular girl just opening a door by herself. It's laughable, imo.

I saw on the trial thread for today that people seem worried about Juror #4. I am not worried about her at all. I know people just like her and I have her perfectly pictured in my head and I am going to say that IMO she is not going to be a problem.

Yes, during selection she said she didn't like to judge based on what other people say. I took that to mean that she doesn't like to gossip. Doesn't want to hear other peoples nonsense and wants to make her own decisions about people. But cross her or do her wrong or act a fool and she will never forget. Once she heard ICA lie on the jailhouse videos, that was it for her. Juror #4 is not going to tolerate any lying! (The way I have Juror #4 pictured in my head and IMO, obviously I don't know the real juror).

Now, I can't say that IMO I think she would vote for DP, but I don't think she will have any problem voting her guilty.

That is what I used to worry about. But Ashley Banfield , on CNN, said yesterday that she has noticed that the jury NEVER smiles back at Baez when
he greets them or says Good morning to them. She says not one of them ever respond with a smile in return.

Also, I think Baez is kind of condescending towards the jury. He always asks experts to 'explain it' so the jury can understand it. He makes them think it has to be dumbed down. But this is a pretty well educated and intelligent jury. So I believe they are going to appreciate the dry, yet intelligent manner
shown by the state. imoo

Do you know if they respond to Ashton when he greets them? I've never read a tweet or comment about it one way or the other. I sure hope so. Tht would be telling. Anyone?
