So what is the consensus - is the DT finished with experts, since they brought CA on today? I have a feeling that they will finish Saturday - strategic move since the Jury would have their finale in their heads for a day until Monday.

If anybody wants to see CA in real action in real time, look up the video of her and GA being grilled by Zenaida's lawyer John Morgan......it will send chills down your spine....you can see the same smirk there that CA used today....she uses that smirk when she thinks or knows she is getting over on you. Watch it...It is stuff like that that those of us that have been here since day 31 remember...sure we had hoped she had seen the light but deep down I was afraid....and she did not prove me wrong.IMO only.

So don't anyone think I am being tacky here 'cause I have buried a child and I know the pain....but what she continues to do just rips my heart out.

She sure did my monkey friend...I thought I was imagining that when I saw it....also, today she had all the jewelry back on, hair all nice...the other time when she was so emotional I think now she had prepared for that...no jewelery and of course it would be emotional to go back and relive all that mess.

CA's shuddering on the stand was overdone and i said so then. It was too much and it was too convenient.

I agree 100 percent. They are probably already on this like a dog on fleas. All that rattle back and forth between JB and CA about being a salaried employee so it might not be marked down, holidays she normally took off in March (what holidays?). The only holiday I can think of in March is a Spring Break and her daughter didn't ATTEND school.:maddening:

Forgot this part - NG had Lippman on and NG says (in the beginning of her question to him) Cindy admitted to making the chloroform and neck breaking searches......and no, Lippman did not correct her. Guess they've all gotten used to not hearing the facts.

BOMBSHELL TONIGHT!

For all the times NG has stated facts incorrectly, she actually corrected one of her guests tonight who was saying zanax and a bunch of other drugs were found when testing Caylee's hair. She corrected him once, he kept on talking like she agreed with him, she went to Ellie after he finished and Ellie said no, drugs were NOT found....and of course.......commercial break.

Talk about a bombshell!

I"m embarrassed to admit I actually watch NG sometimes even though I find her appalling. I find the "tot mom" phrase and the way she says "trash" so silly. She repeats all the events of this case in the beginning of each show, wasting much time and breaks whenever someone may bring up something important.

I don't think either LDB or JA were as surprised as all of us were when Cindy started lying through her teeth today. They have been dealing with Cindy for three years now - so, come on folks.

Yes, LDB was not happy with what she was encountering, but she barely lost a beat in her questioning, I noticed.

Also, when you relisten to Cindy's testimony from today you can hear her voice actually become shaky in the portions where she is REALLY REALLY lying. I'm talking about some of the new stuff that she inserted today - the part about the microbiology of chlorophyll and plants, etc.

Yes, I did also notice anxiety and nervousness, when she "added" new information to her story today. She seemed hesitant, but did it nevertheless. :liar:

I wonder if they made a deal with Cindy .. if she lies about the computer searches and the stain in the trunk.. then the DT won't bring up pool drowning, sexual abuse? Or maybe Cindy and George have been going along with the DT the whole time.

Who knows, but if I was the State, I wouldn't trust them anymore at all. I say to JA and LDB, go for their jugular!:maddening:

Not that. This was something to do with the air samples.

roughly it was when JB had a guy on the stand to trash Dr Vass and when he criticized the technique Dr V used JA asked if he he could test them and he said his lab could have. With a flourish JA put 4 cans on the stand right next to him and I think asked why he didn’t test them then. DT said that he couldn’t put the burden of proof on them and HHBP said that when they leave a hole big enough to drive a Mack truck through the prosecution can take advantage of it. JA back off and didn’t want to push it to an appellate point

Does it make a difference that CA, a witness, brought this up and it was said on cross by State ----- re: whether or not the State can now bring check fraud into evidence?

Legal thread said no, state can't use it, since Cindy just said it without being asked, the door is not open.

That's okay. The jurors heard it and that's what's important.

I know what you mean. The beginning of her show goes over the whole case, finding Caylee's remains......and then when the show starts NG repeats every word of the beginning tape and ends with BOMBSHELL TONIGHT..... and they repeat the same video multiple times....... waste time with music going to commercials.... she yells 'wait wait wait wait wait'..... talks over her guests and mocks them.....

Imagine how much more time they'd have to actually discuss the case without all that crap? I don't know why anyone agrees to be on her show. I rarely watch, the tv was still on from when Vinnie was on. I've had it muted while I was on the phone. Turned the volume up just in time for that little exchange.

I'm just not sure the jurors necessarily know that Cindy is 'lying'. How could they possibly know?
