Seriously, how many more witnesses does the state have to call? Lee? Would Baez have the guts to call GA and ask him about "finding Caylee's body and dumping her"? Does he dare call Casey to the stand? If not, I'm over all of this crap and am ready for the State's rebuttal.

Ok I have to preface this post - I do not in any way think that the quest, the journey to find Justice for Caylee is wasted time. If it took 3 more years, I would be here reading the released evidence, watching DT pressers, screaming at the TH EX DT members on tele and probably paying a Doc for medication for my nerves. Having said that, I can't believe that I know every lie, lie, that ICA has said re: this case. I can't believe that I know the names of every current and past member of the DT And that I know who they are married to, how blatantly and skillfully they can lie, what they do on summer vacations in the islands. But something valuable I learned is that the process of selecting jurors makes you go deaf but a trial is like a miracle because your hearing come back.
For the rest of my life I will be able to ID members of the DT. And if I see them on the street I can send a shout out to them (unfortunately most likely in the same way the woman did in court during Jury selection). And I will know what to say to them to open up a conversation on their level. A few examples:
AL: Hi, left anyone facing the DT out in the cold lately?
JB: Hi ya, are you a chemist?
LKB: Hi looking good. Did the publicity from the death of Caylee pay for your (as Kathy Griffin would say) dental work?
My point? I (as do all of WS) know more about this case than the DT. I know that it appears that I (and all of WS) am more upset about Caylee's death than any member of the DT.

One exception is DS - she looks like she has aged 20 years since the trial started but I don't know if that is due to JB having her hands tied or because ICA won't quit asking her if she looks ok or if she regrets ever getting involved with this case.

I came home and found out about todays events and got very emotional, frustrated and angry. I have four grand kids. If one of their parents did anything to remove them from this earth I believe I would not lie for them. I would want them to get punished. I definitely would not like to see them get the DP but I would not lie. Why enable? What good would it do if ICA gets off. What's to stop her from offing someone else that disrupts her beautiful life. The girl is sick. What will make the A's see what they do does not help their daughter.
I guess we are to expect that GA and LA will do as CA did today. I am so disappointed in them. I really started to think they would put Caylee first. How wrong I was.

I'm pages behind as I had to go to the supermarket and get dinner on the table, but I want to alert everyone here that Greta Van Susteran is going to cover this tonight, coming up in about 10 minutes.

Right now, Mark Lippman is on Dr. Drew and he's saying that GA and CA do not believe Casey is guilty when it comes to murder.

Lippman says GA and CA are being truthful. :banghead:

Jose implied to the jury that KC is a liar due to long term sexual abuse by her father.

Today, I think Cindy may have given the jury another option to consider....

KC became a liar after years of teaching by her mother....

Does anyone else think that the fight between KC and CA will come in from the State in rebuttal?

My mom and I were talking about it, my son (her grandson) is 11 months younger than Caylee. We both said we wouldn't know what we would do being in that position because my mom said she does love me so much but she doesn't think she could get past me taking her precious grandson out of her life. I just want so badly to see something done right by Caylee and it's just not happening.

Kinda feel for this poor chap...it would appear he had kept them under rein but we all know when they are done with their lawyers they end it and sign with another as quick as can be......just ask MN, BC, that other dude and that other dude.

Just jumping off your post to post mine....I guess we can chalk another dishonest attorney up, ie. Lippman...what a shyster! He states to Vinnie, that CA 'only went by her depo' and alot of other things that were just word games...carp! I am just too angry to even think of them! LOL

I am about done with this whole trial...let KC get off...let her move back home...she'll end up killing CA and GA eventually!...do we think that once home, she and CA will get along?...do we think that KC will get a job?...or even have someone give a lying, murdering piece of <unusual preson> a job? She will forever be the one who murdered Caylee.

One other thing my husband said when he got home from work tonight and I was between screaming what happened and crying my eyes out...he said, "do I really think that all the jurors really don't know anything about the case?"...I bet they know more than we think about what went on during the last 3 years.

Please don't get worked up over CA lies. I agree with your husband in that do you really think the jury bought Cindy's whole spiel today? The over answering, the my work tells us to lie on our time sheets, the I don't even know what browser I use? I was searching for how to help my sick dog and it led me to all of these chloroform searches? Even the IT guy knows that when you search for chlorophyll or even chloroform, a youtube neck breaking video will NOT pop up unless the exact word "chlorophyll/chloroform" was in the video description because google hands down the most relevant search terms. The whole lie was so over the top it was funny. I think they realize that CA is lying for her daughter. I'm not a gambler, but I'm willing to bet that they know she's lying and that may actually make them think that CA has done this for ICA all her life and the jury may want to teach ICA a good lesson, kwim?

OK Now Lippman saying the stain in the car that was the big stain that might be Caylee .... Cindy was not referring to that one. That was stain A. Cindy was referring to stain B as being there when they bought the car.

How come this wasn't brought out and why didn't the prosecutor pin that down. I don't think the prosecution did a good job today at all cross examining Cindy. I think its because she was caught off guard because she didn't study up on Cindy and thought she knew what Cindy would say about everything. I hope LDB can redeem herself.

Respectfully disagree...IMO, LDB may have been initially caught off guard, but she came at CA with as much vengence as she could do on cross...Linda definitely mentioned the 'letter', by the stain, that Cindy indicated. Just wait 'til rebuttal...Linda and Jeff had almost 3 years to prepare a case to fit one presented where CA/GA lied. They were played by CA/GA 6 weeks before trial, but make no mistake...the State researched alot of things that will go against CA's lies. LDB and JA are masters at this.

Why do I have the sinking feeling Baez came up with this recently telling Cindy something along the lines of we're doing terribly, if we don't come up with something your daughter is likely to get the DP? So lets say you did the searches and come up with some cockamamy story about why you wouldn't be at work when records show you were.
