I had to be away for the pizza debate, but must give a belated shout-out to IMO'S in St. Louis! Best. Evah. They use this local cheese called "provel" which is like a creamier/tangier white American cheese. Am salivating just remembering it.

I haven't had Imo's in years! Just mentioning Provel cheese....mmmmmm. Best pizza ever!

Going back, hearing Cindy, she never says definitely I did or I did not. It was all I may have, I possibly did...and instead of answering No, I did not, she said "I don't recall doing that..."

IMO, the state will nail her lying hide to the wall and if I hear one word about beating up on poor old Cindy, I swear I will :floorlaugh:

This afternoon I got knocked off when I tried to go to the next page. This was right when CA was getting on the stand so I could understand why. It took forever to even get back on and then I couldn't get to the next page again. At that time, there was over 1,000 viewers.

I was surprised but not shocked that CA changed her story to back up ICA, but now we know why JB and ICA were all smiles this morning. I would like for LA to get up on the stand and claim the stain in the trunk was there when he had it. GA will probably fall on the sword too and say it was there when he bought the car! Then, if I were the SA, I would go after the A's for perjury after this trial ends and lock them all up.

I would also be on my toes about the ZFG story too! Just because JB said in his OS that there was no nanny, the THs are saying he could still change his game plan.

ETA - Remember GA describing the stain as the size of a basketball.

I wouldn't be surprised if ICA is laughing at them knowing she's got them wrapped around her finger again.

I agree with you on that one she will probably be safer in Jail!

Let me clarify first by saying I think if she walks she'll actually do ok in life. She might get death threats or angry people shouting at her on the streets but there will always be sick people, and media who will pay her to give interviews, write a book, attend their parties, etc. Society has some very depraved people in it and Casey will fit right in. Decent people will shun the family, but the leeches will come out of the wordwork to befriend them. We've seen it time and time again. There are people want to be associated with someone "famous" regardless of WHAT they are famous for. She'll have a boyfriend and a new bestie in no time at all.

I'm speaking in a broader sense, the universe will take care of them ultimately - karma will come knocking. They may seem to get by for a while (think of OJ Simpson) but eventually, they'll reap what they've sown. I'm comforted by that.

I think they were referring to the number of times myspace had been logged onto, not the number of days from the start of the year.

On the original search not using cacheback, they found 2 times where chloroform had been searched, and 84 times where myspace had been logged into. On the search using cacheback, the scyfi site (or whatever it is), was said to have been searched 84 times, however, myspace did not show up at all.

Either the cacheback (which the programmer worked several nights to fix the problems according to his testimony) program misread the scyfi site readings of 84 hits (in a very short period of time) and was actually reading the myspace hits or we have yet another absolutely stunningly amazing coincidence that both myspace and the scifi site had both been hit 84 times.

CA also lied about the stain in the car. When Baez asked about the stain in the car when they bought it and she said YES and then qualified it by saying there were some small stains in the car. Well small stains in the car do not equal that large child size stain.

George was asked when he was on the stand about that stain, he didn't say anything about it being there when they bought the car.

I know I am new, and I am SO trying to keep up on this thread and the trial. So I dont know if anyone else has mentioned or thought of this.
But this morning, when I heard that GA & CA's attorney stated they did not believe their daughter was innocent in this crime.

And now, the Anthony's are stating this statement false, with a press hearing scheduled for later today. Then, now CA on the stand, saying SHE was the one searching chloroform/chlorophyll and broken necks.

I agree with someone who posted earlier that said the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. IMHO, I am starting to believe that CA's note taking is to help her keep the stories straight.

Of course this is just my opinion.

In Ontario, Media Blackout, constantly on most cases, that are controversial......always. It has been noted by many people that have followed a murder case the lack of information from both le and the judictial process.

Everything I am reading/hearing, no one is really believing Cindy, so I am betting most jurors don't either. They are smart enough to know she would lie for her daughter,

What would be justice for Caylee is for Cindy to be charged with perjury, and Casey charged with murder.

I mentioned in the trial thread that I was waiting in a doctor's office waiting room when LDB was questioning Cindy today. Everyone was chuckling at Cindy's answers. I'm going to go out on a limb, and guess that not everyone in that room was following this case like we do.

Yes, that would be justice for Caylee to have the whole Anthony family face charges. She has been betrayed by all of them. IMO

This case is like a horror/suspence movie when the psychopath kills, lies, cheats, steals and lays a path of death and destruction and misery but they are the only one left at the end still living with their evil lives and their evil grins. Everyone else is dead and gone. No one ever suspects them til its too late but even then they go on fooling people. New people.

Please don't flame me, but I am preparing myself - I don't think we are going to get a verdict against KC that we will be happy with. There is just too much lying and deceit here - from the family and the hired experts.

Today saddened me so much . . . and the worst thing? I don't think KC will have learned a thing if she walks. In my opinion she will just have graduated into a bigger and better version of her original self. Remember her entry on her MySpace - outwit, outlast, outplay. She will continue to believe she can outsmart anyone.

I disagree respectfully. The charges may go down and she probably won't get the death penalty but I don't think she will walk.

31 DAYS .... there is simply no excuse
too much testimony about the smell of the car and it was in her posession
the 911 calls
too much testimony from ICA's peers that her behavior was 'normal' for those 31 days and Caylee was with the Nanny

I could probably go on and on but this has been discussed many, many times. The 31 DAYS is the biggest hurdle and you can't get around it...

I am beyond angry at the senior Anthony matriarch right now. I cannot believe that she has just figuratively spit on the memory of her "beloved" granddaughter.

With every lie that spews forth from the mouth of Cynthia Marie Anthony, she has figuratively added one more piece of duct tape to the mouth and nose of little Caylee.

I hope that Cindy is forever haunted by the spirit that once was little Caylee.
