I still sympathize with CA...you can only try and imagine what it must be like to stand in her shoes, but you never really know unless you live it yourself. She can't win no matter what she does.

Remember Mark Hacking? His mother said she was devasted by what he had done but that she would stand by her son and support him. And then she shut up. I don't remember anyone throwing tomatoes at her. In fact, I had/have a lot of respect for the woman.

OK Now Lippman saying the stain in the car that was the big stain that might be Caylee .... Cindy was not referring to that one. That was stain A. Cindy was referring to stain B as being there when they bought the car.

How come this wasn't brought out and why didn't the prosecutor pin that down. I don't think the prosecution did a good job today at all cross examining Cindy. I think its because she was caught off guard because she didn't study up on Cindy and thought she knew what Cindy would say about everything. I hope LDB can redeem herself.

She was? When? LDB lost her temper and decided to cut it off. Re-approach it later fully armed in a calm, cool, professional manner imo. Hope so anyway. I DO NOT want them to get away with this. Watching JB, CM and ICA gloat made me physically sick.

Hopefull the jury will see straight through Cindy's lies and think, "Wow! If Caylee's own grandmother isn't advocating for her then I need to do whatever it takes to see that this sweet baby gets the justice she deserves." I know that's what I would be thinking if I were in their shoes.

i hope you are this honest if you are ever called to jury duty so you can be sent home.

this isnt the wild west and there should not be vigilante style justice .. our system works and the SA has put a good set of evidence out there and they will decide from that what the truth is and decide punishment.

it needs to be based on fact and not emotional inspiration - this will be a mistrial if any jurors have this as motivation for being on this jury.

if her damn grandmother was a better mother in her support for casey and had let her go play and be a 21 year old while also being a mom there would have been a very different outcome here - it is casey's fault - she did the crime but Cindy SHOULD feel very guilty for trying to punish her for becoming a mom without planning - or punish her for tarnishing the families image.
