aaah

tit for tat

JA asking about statement to the jury about Dr. Rodriquez not testifying

I love how JA raises his voice to a yell so that CM can hear him. lol

hhjbp says it is a little late to be going after red herrings

yep....

late to go after red herrings.jpg

telling the jury that the government job will not permit him to testify is not correct so let’s just tell them he lied

JP: If you need records, then try to get them, but its a little late in the day to going after red herrings. #caseyanthony

ICA must have read the comment about the pale lips cuz she has lipstick on now - how interesting.

It must be dry lipstick because she seems to be biting at her lips more today like she has chapped lips.

"It's a little late in the day to be going after red herrings." - HHJP

The look on Baez' face was priceless when the Judge made that statement. Then the shaking of the head. Doesn't the Judge understand that red herrings are all the DT has????

WOW....Dr. Rodriguez' testimony was not allowed by the Dept. of Defense and he could have had his life ruined over it.

Duct tape at the anthony's
Duct tape at find Caylee tent
Duct tape on the gas can
Duct tape on posters
Duct tape on Caylee
Duct tape missing

Follow the Duct tape....it obviously leads to George, or Cindy, or Lee or Casey. Hmmmm which one which one, if we only had a clue to help us figure it out.

Remember, it was not just any ole duct tape. It was a very specific brand and type, Henkel Fireguard, that was found on Caylee, the gas can, and the Caylee poster.

This tape, which had been discontinued, accounted for less than 2/10 of one percent of all duct tape sales in North America during 2006 and 2007 yet the same distinct, and readily recognizable tape was found at all three places.

That can't be lied or "Googled" past.

:waitasec: Where is this coming from that Dr. Rodriguez, would be terminated if he testified? From the government?
