JA asking him what was different 2 hours ago, that was not there 2.5 yrs ago when he was asked the same question. In other words why didn't you cry at the depo, but you did here 2 hrs ago?

LA saying he now believes she is dead, but 2 yrs ago he did not.

Not understanding why JA is pushing this. This testimony is weak and I can't see the jury even taking it into consideration, but maybe that's just me.

Probably to undue the "touching moment" of Lee crying on the stand during his earlier testimony.
