Lee said when he owned the car, it didn't have a stench.

They asked LA about "the stain" and the smell

JUst debuked the stain. GO JA And the smell. Yeah!

A deputy signaled to me not to cross my legs. (They were crossed at the ankles. I have 6 inches of leg room.) Seriously?!? #CaseyAnthony

Wow

There is something up today regarding security.

LA didn't meet with the state when asked

JA - saying JB requested a meeting with LA this week to go over testimony.

LA reached out to JB to discuss testimony.

Lee reached out to Baez this week?!!! And this has Baez panicked!

Thoughts on LA and ICA:

ICA told a few people that Lee had "made passes at her". IF there is any truth in these statements it isn't THAT unusual for siblings to experiment sexually with each other (I think one report said 3% had).

Sooooo......she wasn't afraid to tell people that LA had approached her, but she NEVER told anyone that GA had abused her? Does that sound like the actions of someone who LIVED for sympathy and attention?

Makes no sense to me that we didn't hear ANYTHING from ANYONE about GA abusing her prior to the trial.

I think it's also important to keep in mind that it doesn't look like KC was able to see relationships as men without sex being involved. Of course that can be a sympton of abuse or just another symptom of KC being super saiyan sick in the head.

By this I mean that even without abuse KC seems like sex was always in her mind when it came to men, and that could have extended to her own family. She could have taken their familiarity and familial love towards her as sexual without cause.

Important! During recess Bill Shaeffer was taking questions from people. One caller asked about the possibility of a hung jury. Bill Shaeffer said that won't happen! He cited the Allen Decision, in which it was ruled that if the jury comes back saying they're hung, the judge will tell them that after all the effort the state and defense has put into this case, a hung jury is not acceptable. The judge will send the jury back to deliberations and tell them to reach a verdict.
