Because he doesn't want his sister to be found guilty. And clearly he doesn't care that ICA claimed he and his father sexually abused her.

I now know for a fact Lee will admit to the molestation.

I'm going to pray and hope ICA doesn't walk due to this family's lies and cover-ups.

I don’t dislike Lee but I don’t trust Lee. I feel for the pressure a disfuntioning family can put on a more normal child.

His testimony is not the same as his deposition and it appears now he wants to change his testimony which means he could be lying. jmo
