Because Caylee can't see her, whereas her brother can. I'm not sure she really has much of a "self" outside of other people's reactions to her.

Lee didn't say he "helped" the defense - he said he wanted to ask Baez a question.

I don't believe one word this family says, if Lee says he just wanted to ask a question of Baez then that means to me he went to get script he was to follow..I was fooled once by one of them and that is enough.
