If I needed a LE on my side, I would want Yuri.

and, on the other hand, if you're the one in trouble, he is a nightmare.

Wednesday or Thursday the DT thinks they will wrap up.

Pros rebuttal ‘might’ take 2 days.

YM is a good man, I love how he acknowledged the jury.

Dt says wind up Thursday most

State rebuttal 2 days most

why aren't they working late?!?!?!?

Because today is the day they talk to the defense about how much longer they are going to take. So they have more to do tonight...

State rebuttal to take only 1-2 days?????

Yesterday had been pretty much undone, no more self satisfied smiles and pats on the back.

Don't worry, JB will still pat himself on the back.

Did she say 2 weeks or 2 days?

If RK was a suspect, I guess this would have been relevant.

exactly. the reason the focus of investigation was on Casey was because
1. she claimed to be the last person who saw Caylee
2. she lied about her daughter being taken by Zanny
3. her car smelled like decomp
4. she had suspicious activity on her computer regarding a chemical found in abundance in her car
5. she showed no signs of grief for her kidnapped daughter
6. she mislead to LE about things such as where she worked.
ect.ect.ect
7. she did not in any way mention her father or anyone other than Zanny having anything to do with Caylee's dissappearance.

gee, i wonder why LE focused on Casey.

State wants to allow each attorney to cover parts of their closing arguments.

Will Judge Perry allow?
