Dr. Vass was funny on the stand but he did not seem like a normal expert.

He seemed different. IMO.

That's because Dr Vass loves, loves, loves his work!
This witness now is like a cardboard standee.

Imo, these Tweets prove if these jurors are curious enough about the smell of that cheese wrapper that they are sniffing it, they might be willing to sniff those cans.

Since they've already asked for evidence they weren't given, I like the chances of them asking to sniff the cans!!

Even after JA does his re-cross, JB will have to get up again to have the last word, he always does. I think one time so far has he declined to NOT have the last word, that I recall, IMO

He always does when it's a defense witness. The prosecution gets the last word in the trial because they have the burden of proof.

WESH has ASHTON-CAM currently... and it's wonderful. This man is brilliant.

I'm going to win that one!! I'll post the recipe later and we can have some independent scientific types do a macsperiment.

Wait was that a mac and cheese off or man and cheese off...as in JA my man?

lol - my epic typo of the day - which I fixed in edit. And I'll post mine too...

I am so scared that George is going to get on the stand by the end of the week and say that he did hide little Caylee's body. We all know it isn't true but that's what he may end up saying ..I think he should RUN from that 'family' not offer himself up .

At the end of all of this, I think HHJP deserves to go home and make himself a few very strong cocktails.

JA is going to make JB say the SPECIFIC items that were in the trunk, which the witness just saw, is the cause of the smell. JB is just trying to say "garbage" so the witness can say YES it could be the smell. JB just CANNOT seem to get the right question here.

Question I would have if I was on the jury is why the seven officers who were walking by and seeing the car not noticing the smell when the car was open in the garage.

If it still stinks now it had to stink bad. How could they not smell it ?

If they did smell it why didnt they run dogs into the house because they would have to locate the smell and since the car was in the house ..ugh..

The car was closed up by then? Actually IIRC, many did smell it, they were younger deputies and were not familiar with decomp smell. I believe a female officer thought it was very smelly garbage.

I will say this, I want to know how many "experts" will answer the call from Jose Baez in the future.

Jeff's look is priceless.

love this man like mac and cheese.jpg

WOW! JB insinuating that someone threw away food products!

I don't want to sound ignorant, but what is the point of all this crap? Are they debating whether or not the smell of human decomp was in the trunk? Because if that's the point here, I think JA should just say, "NO QUESTIONS" and let the prior testimony of other credible witnesses stand.

This is a ridiculous waste of time.

Or am I missing the point of this belabored farse?
