if you look way in get in there real deep.jpg

Baez is purposefully making inappropriate comments. I really hope that the jurors are turned off by this specific behavior

For pete's sake, JB, it wouldn't be wet after three years anyway.

I guess JB will keep talking till it's time for JA's mid afternoon snack.

This guy will end up on the stand all day.

Have YOU ever seen maggot poop?

Jose, I really wish you could grasp the concept of when to shut up and when to NOT say anything at all.

Even when he scores a win he just keeps talking. Here, the witness has dug a hole down a hundred feet but JB will keep going till he hits magma.

Jose wants so bad to have an AH HA moment...rofl

alledged spit can...EMPTY

(JB says: Three years later after being put in the dryer.)
It was put in the dryer before the three years. JB's wording is misleading.

Most dry residue could be re-hydrated and then tested for it's chemical compounds, correct?

I wish they would bring in an apartment dumpster. They sit in the sun day after day filled with all kinds of garbage and trash. And they do not smell like human decomp and when the source is moved they do not smell at all. jmo

I get that too, moreso towards Ashton in particular. Judge Perry probably wishes he could muzzle him or limit him to one objection every minute (instead of every 10 seconds).

Yes - some of the objections are warrented, but those for leading questions which JA knows full well JB will simply rephrase and get to ask (90% of them) are just annoying, and the jury is probably sick of it as well.

An attorney more experienced than JB would not fall into that habit so frequently, but for the sake of expediency, and to keep himself from looking like a 1st grader who raises his hand and tells on everyone he sees holding a pencil the wrong way...JA should let those go...

I disagree. How a question is asked dictates how a question is answered. As JB is not very experienced it is actually JA 'helping' JB learn at this point. I agree JA doesn't need the commentary but if he didn't sometimes make the commentary I believe JB would get out of control. He already makes a lot of negative comments towards the state.

Court is just a place that is combative in these kinds of cases. The higher the level of attorney the more dramatic they are. CM in his heydey was quite dramatic - you can see him on many cases that appear on DateLine and 48 Hours.

MOO

JA's going to use the argument someone came up with here. The trunk wouldn't stink if it was the garbage.

Maybe I'm just a bit cranky today but given ALL the evidence and testimony gathered during the last 3 years, WHY is so much time and attention given to matters that have been dissected, dismantled and diagnosed ad nauseum!!?

Again, maybe I'm just cranky :pullhair:

If the odor came from the garbage bag and you removed the garbage the odor would leave with it, correct....

he says yes unless residue is leaked out

Pleeeeeeeeeeease make this chemist just answer the question!! He's making things up!!
