Dominic Casey told Hoover that they were going to go and get Caylee - who was on Suburban drive. Where DC got that information from.......? he was working for CA/GA at the time, so we are hoping he is next up and he can tell us.

Maybe he's going to say the Psychic told him?

Jose is going to lead the jury to believe that GA had this guy looking for a dead Caylee on Suburban Dr because GA knew she was dumped there.

Am I guessing this right?
Is this going to be a big "uh oh" in the corner of reasonable doubt?

Two birds with one stone imo. GA sent DC there but the remains weren't there so that's where RK moving the body comes in at.

DIRECT EXAMINATION OF JAMES HOOVER BY JB

Licensed investigator who first got involved in this case in July 2008 as a private citizen. He began working in this case as a private citizen. He began working as an investigator for the A's at the end of July or beginning of August. He introduced himself to the A's in their front yard. They accepted his service. He dealt with the harassment in the front yard. He helped with following up on tips in conjunction with DC.

It was his understanding that DC worked for the defense for a short period of time and then began working exclusively for the A's - then he and DC worked as a team following up with tips.

He only followed one tip with DC - that was the 11/14/08 tip. He didn't learn of the tip until 11/15/08.

He met DC at his office at about 8:15 a.m.. He said he had something to tell him.

OBJECTION - hearsay - SUSTAINED

They were scheduled to go to provide security for the A's at a meet and greet.

Instead they went to Suburban Drive and proceeded to look for Caylee. She was supposed to be deceased and in the wooded area.

He video taped a lot of the search. He was shown Defense Composite Exhibit FC. He reviewed his originals which were on tape - Defense Exhibits FD and FE. He has only seen the first 20 second.

JB attempted to move it into evidence and LDB had no objection to the first 20 seconds being admitted (LOL)!

BC is on FOX35 saying he has seen the tape and it was DC and JH walking through the woods and then talking to a psychic.

I'm shocked they are going here. Why would they take that risk? Is it simply to show there was no body there when they searched, so it must have been Roy that moved it later? Good grief. Defense will need to keep this questioning tight so it doesn't open too much in cross.

No it was a tip from Ginette the psychic - she called him early in the morning that day. I believe CA had sent her a teddy bear. We have pages of emails between dominic, ginette and another psychic that are pretty comical in a woo-woo way to read.

I saw a deposition with this guy, Hoover and I thought he said he volunteered to work for the A's but did not do any private eye work, he just was a bodyguard and helped Dominic Casey. Did he say now on the stand he did work for them as a private eye?
