I have a horrible sinking feeling over this questioning of the video taping the search for a dead Caylee, the jury is going to cling to that and have reasonable doubt, I feel.

I wish I didn't but I feel bad for Dr. Furton. This is not his schtick, being on a witness stand that is.

No offense, but I don't feel one bit sorry for him. I'm sure that as a college professor/researcher, he has many faculty members, staff, TAs and students kissing up to him all the time; grad school taught me at least that much. I realize that he has worked hard to earn his (tenured) laurels, and good for him. However, the "ivory tower" existence is very different from the realities of life which cops, DAs, and attorneys deal with all the time. Call me subversive
(guilty), but I always enjoy seeing some types squirm a bit when not in their
preferred comfort level. After JAs awesome blitzkrieg today, I'd buy the poor guy a drink if I could; he's tried really hard! My favorite part was when, just before he was done, JB asked him "Why didn't you go to Iran to get that article?" and he just gives Baez this blank stare- loved that! I mean, WHO TRAVELS TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY to read a published article?? HAHAHA, that was priceless!!

It was speculated that Baez....and then also Cindy Anthony directed Hoover and Casey out to Suburban on November 15th....

Interestingly enough, this was also the exact time frame when Mark Nejame submitted his vaguely worded letter of resignation to the Anthonys and it was speculated that he caught wind of what they were doing and got the heck out of dodge!!

I think ICA will take the stand. I think that's what prompted the competency motion. ICA wants to and her attys are advising her she shouldn't. Of course I could be wrong but I hope I"m not. I want ICA on the stand. I want the SA to finally make her answer questions, something she's never had to do with her parents or brother.

No it was a tip from Ginette the psychic - she called him early in the morning that day. I believe CA had sent her a teddy bear. We have pages of emails between dominic, ginette and another psychic that are pretty comical in a woo-woo way to read.

I don't believe in psychics. IMO the psychic was used to justify the search...as I recall...there was a huge fight over his cell phone records

If I am not mistaken, that statement IS contained in someone's LE interview or deposition....just cannot recall if Hoover's or Casey's....

Hang on...lots in your same shoes and am sure many will update you during a break but this is VERY important testimony about WHO told Casey and Hoover where to find remains in November.....a MONTH before they were actually found!!!

I have been WAITING for this....of course we all know the logical explanation of that. It had to come from the person who put her there.......

And how much testimony either written or verbally have we heard that JB would pass correspondence between ICA and her family???? Yup I know for certain the location came from ICA. I think CA knew for a while where Caylee was located.

Maybe that's why the A's and Co. could enjoy their crab puffs that night. :twocents:
