Funny, I didn't find this guy shady. I don't know how baez managed to cross him w/o putting his foot in his mouth. I think Hoover was telling the truth. He was trying to make a buck. DC wasn't getting paid either. I don't think cindy paid him and I'm guessing Baez is questionable from what I recall.
