2017 CASO Report.pdf
KZ's recent filing mentions CASO doing follow-up on some of the things mentioned in the PCR brief she filed last year. Someone did a FOIA request and received the above report.
RH seems to have a memory issue. TP says he thinks TH was referencing RH when talking about an abusive relationship, but never mentioned him by name, TH even asked TP to do a wedding photo shoot because RH was part of the wedding party and she didn't want to be around him, BUT TP seems to have alzheimer's now. No one recalls any damage to TH's RAV4, or has any answer to whether TH had a key fob (although her RAV4 came with it when it was new). CASO is asking the questions that should have been asked years ago IMO They finally requested video from the hospital where ST's mom was on the 31st, of course that no longer exists. The one page that showed TH's weekly schedule, SB thinks it was taped up by her computer when asked where he found it.
