That should have been jury and judge and lawyers ONLY!

I have ABSOLUTELY NO WISH to see those girls dead, and especially not nude. Even with the modesty bars, I don’t want to see them like that.

Those reporters, podcasters etc. had best not distribute those to any audience, but IMO someone may for the clicks etc.

A horrid lapse and Mrs. Patty is completely in the right.

I believe what was being described as Libby’s grandmother being upset that the girls naked bodies at the crime scene and autopsy were shown to all, but these videos of RA in custody were only showed to the jurors.

I don’t blame her for being upset.

Ugh. Brutally, I guess its because he is innocent till found guilty and the girls have sadly become evidence as well as victims.
I hope jury follows common sense and the regular rules if what is a reasonable doubt is and find this vicious nut guilty.

It would be interesting to see a timeline of his conversations with his wife and mother, his sessions with Dr. Wala and his behavior on these recordings.

Was he feeling good about confessing to his wife and ridding himself of this burden and then she says quit talking and hangs up.. then does his behavior become more extreme like in the videos shown? I saw reports that he seemed very calm in the recordings talking to his family. We know he was calm talking to Dr. Wala and even puts things in order and isn't speaking all over the place. So was he triggered by the calls with his family where they refused to hear him. I think it might cause some added torment to know you are trying to tell them things and they basically tell you, they are messing with you, they are messing with your meds again, no you didn't, quit saying that. I am not saying this fact, I am saying it would be nice to see a timeline laid out for these behaviors with these phone calls. IMO

The confessions happened after his arrest. In my opinion, without the confessions, the state never had a case against Richard Allen.

Which creates a question in my mind about how he was arrested and held pretrial so long to begin with- hence my due process questions- if he hadn’t been held as he was there would not be these confessions under these circumstances and no confessions no case really- with all the other things that are questionable lost interview videos, misfiled leads, kicked out FBI etc it’s rather problematic for me-

I'm torn.

If the viewing of the crime scene images containing Abby & Libby did anything 'for the public', and quite frankly for the prosecution too, it dispelled all the fanfic Franks' allegations and youtube rumours about Abby having sticks placed on her head like antlers, that the crime scene was devoid of blood, their bodies staged with 'ritualistic cross' placement of branches upon them, etc etc.

They did definitively show that what happened to these girls was not the result of a ragtag group of rogue Odinists (ie: the SODDIs) roaming Indiana - intent upon performing humna sacrifices to their Gods, which was the ruse heaped upon the public by the leaked crime scene photos and their youtube following masses of supporters.

But that could have been to just the jury - since the whole odinist thing hadn’t been introduced in the trial- just my opinion (and frustration showing)

They also said Brad Webber would be called to the stand by the defense on Monday

Huh. I'm going to try to go listen to that. I would think that wouldn't be happening given that they discussed his medical condition that prohibits travel at the end of Friday's session. I also can't imagine the FBI giving him permission to fly from TX to IN the day before the election when he is a supervisor for election security. BRB!

It looks like, based on the confession details only the killer would know, that he is most likely going to be convicted. But it should be interesting to see how the jury deals with the confessions. Totally disagree. Black car is his BARD, timeline told to DD is his, BARD, he was the man in the bridge by witness, BARD, timeline puts him at the crime BARD. His height, weight, voice, gun, box cutter all consistent with RA, BARD.

I'd agree, but it's not for lack of the Defense Team and their youtube surrogates trying.

Despite the fact that those crime scene photos detailed the Franks' to be exactly the fanfic that it was, we still have the usual suspects in denial of that and some youtubers pushing their own personal agendas for clicks and subs.

That, IMO is neither fair or just to the memory of Abby Williams and Liberty German nor is it in the interest of justice for them.
