The issue is the defense is asking her to modify rules, regardless of what the prosecution wants. I think this is more about her not wanting to accommodate (relatively) last minute plans because the defense is unprepared despite having quite a bit of time to prepare. Including multiple continuances.

JMO
I don't think that asking to change rules MOO

Don’t want everyone to see RA eating poop or sporking himself, I guess. I don’t quite follow how showing the victims deceased and naked is okay but RA’s “psychosis” is a step too far.
RA is accused, not convicted - why would his dignity not be preserved? MOOO. That said, I noted earlier and I stand by, this imo wasn't about his dignity so much as lack of transparency as to the conditions he was stuck in. MOOOO.

From AB’s live last night, she was saying JG didn’t like how the subpoena was only sent to the agent 2-3 weeks ago. So basically, the defense being ill-prepared shouldn’t put an extra burden on the court or something.

JMO
It was an odd response considering it is just over 2 weeks in a trial scheduled for 4 to “worry” about the jury.

And was FBI’s questioning of Webber recorded or are his handwritten notes available I wonder?
There’s apparently an FBI 302 from the interview. That’s the way FBI documents all interviews. There won’t be any recording IMO

He can allege whatever he wants, but that’s complete nonsense for numerous reasons that don’t even have to do with video.
Hard to say since we’re not in court seeing and hearing these things.

Omg seriously? We all know “down the hill “ wasn’t said by someone other than BG ie: Richard Allen. It’s quite a stretch to say it was someone off camera. Imo.
Agreed.

And it is quite a stretch.
In fact, if it was someone off-camera -- then I'm 'Gumby' the stretch toy.
Fwiw, I think it was R.A.
Omo.

Not for a fact, but those wounds sound exactly like a box cutter to me; these aren’t stab wounds, and with a knife I’d expect stab type injuries in addition to any slashing (if any at all).

I have a very high level of confidence that this is true.
IIRC the medical examiner initially said it looked like the wounds were made from at least 2 knives - a flat edge and a serrated edge.

The testimony coming in sounds like the professionals responsible for diagnosing and providing psych care determined that he was genuinely experiencing psychosis. The guards and Wala to some extent have some motive to view things through the prosecution’s lens - and Wengler only went by Wala’s reports.
That was my take. Wala did not do the prescribing and there was a chain of command for diagnosing and prescribing.

My thing is still they haven’t proven that bridge guy is the killer BARD so even if bridge guy is RA, which it probably is I’m not convinced

That one that resonated with me was “I think I did it”
That did not resonate for me - he "thinks" he did? He doesn't KNOW? I'm not keen to put a man away for the rest of his life when he himself isn't sure - all this time, he could have just stood up and started confessing to the judge. He hasn't. I don't buy that he 'confessed' so much as he made statements that are super problematic thanks to the staff working with him imo. I'm sorry to say, were I a juror, no one could at this point convince me otherwise. She tanked the entire case - imo.

It sounded like a stretch to me too, but I can’t say (and neither can you) since we are not seeing the exhibits live.

This is exactly what I wanted to say. KA leaves the court room. The jury will feel the same way. I hope RA rots in ....!

So RA’s wild hissy fits were not shown to everyone, but naked brutalized dead children are OK.
I'm confused here. Who showed the pictures of the dead children to the reporters?
Where's the outrage?

I have always been against the prosecution showing the actual photos of victims. It's not necessary in most cases and certainly was not necessary in this one. It's done for shock value and to help secure a guilty plea.

I'm not surprised that the prosecution is so desperate for a conviction that they would stoop this low. MOO

IIRC the medical examiner initially said it looked like the wounds were made from at least 2 knives - a flat edge and a serrated edge.
He explained the tearing could have come from the handle of a box cutter though, which does make sense.

That dude is well past his prime. Another shortcoming with this whole thing.

I think that is in dispute from what I glean from Rozzis cross-examination. He insinuated that “down the hill” could have been said by someone off camera. We don’t actually know how close BG to Abby.

Many of the D’s alternative scenarios do not make sense.

If BG was not up on the bridge directly behind the girls it becomes obvious they couldn’t have been boxed in near the end of it. They’d have the opportunity to simply turn around and hustle back across the bridge. MOO

I’m always suspicious when an expert changes their testimony.

You don’t think it’s necessary for the jurors to be shown actual photos of the victims of the crime?

I wish for this case we had someone like Brandi Churchwell--who during the Murdaugh trial created a huge spreadsheet timeline with all events and then added in information as it appeared in testimony to the timeline...both forensic testimony and witness testimony. It just made it so much easier and it helped point out some inconsistencies.
I did that for myself in Gannon Stauch's case. It was a lot of work!

I'm sure the youtubers are privately tracking. It's too much work to publicly give away. MOO
