Saw JA's latest interview a few times more. When she was talking about the gas cans did anyone notice that she said "we" started using them when "we" moved to the desert" Who is WE?

I'm thinking Darell Brewer. Could you answer this for me: I have been viewing the direct testimony of Ja. She talking about the trip to Huntington Beach, then a trip to Disneyland and says a friend dropped her and Travis off. At a later time didn't she say this was a trip when Travis freaked out and attacked her car or am I confused. TY

I'm in the same position, GCharlie. There's only seven us with my last name in the U.S. and obviously we're all related. It would take five seconds for someone to find me. I was talking to my son about his twitter account the other day because I noticed he misspells his last name. Do you find you have to do that a lot? I asked. Yeah, he said, he has numerous email accounts with different names (I know a lot of people do, but probably not solely for this reason). It's a very weird world.

I have so many e mail accounts with different passwords. My friend will say "What email do you want me to send this to? You always confuse me."

I replied. "I confuse myself. Can you imagine trying to remember each
password for every email address????"

When you care for someone with dementia, almost any time away sounds good. It just goes with the territory. When I can, I'll go back to work again and dig my butt out my debt. But right now, it's much more important to me to keep Mom in her own home with her pets. But we have very little respite care available, so it's a full time 24/7 job taking care of someone who really isn't the same person. It's almost like caring for someone who is just occupying her body.

Jodi is not stupid. Unfortunately for Jodi was is her downfall is her overwhelming compulsion to propagate her lies and venom about Travis and his family. I think on some level she knows her behavior isn't beneficial to her case but she simply can't control herself.

She is far from stupid. She's a very good manipulator and architect to getting what she wants. It's her compulsions to control that gets her every time.

She is smart...I agree but she does stupid things like say things that make no sense whatsoever. Like her stupid interview statements about how her lawyers didn't want to use evidence they had from her about Travis. Stuff that wasn't really evidence at all. Like TA chasing a naked 4 year old around as evidence that he was a pedophile. How absurd.

Yup, she was able to give interviews before trial, but it's a slippery slope to give interviews during trial -- and we're still in trial for the penalty phase.

Can you imagine the appellate issues if a juror got wind of it? Maybe that's what she's hoping? Another attempt to derail the system.

She makes it sound as if she was a prisoner in his home. No one in their right mind would continue in an abusive relationship when you live 1,000 miles apart and have no real connection to each other.

I really think CKJA really believes much of the stories she's spewed out of her lie hole because she's been repeat'n them like a mantra over the past 5 yrs in jail.

Here's the thing though.. she's become so accustomed to life/culture in the big house she didn't take into consideration how normal everyday people would view her 'stories'.. Let's face it many people unfortunately have been victim to or exposted to some form of Domestic Violence in their lives and..

NO ONE HAS EVER HEARD SEEN OR KNOWN OF situation where people NOT MARRIED, NO CHILDREN, FINANCIAL TIES & living over 1000 miles away from each other have been in a DV situation. Not one time have I've ever heard of such a situation have you???

So it's absolutely infuriating to hear her say family members look like her abuser! Also ever notice how she has to qualify & clarify every word that comes out of her mouth?? You know what that is? That's the 'TELL' she's about to tell you a whopper of a lie because she's setting up the lie like a comedian sets up a punchline.. metaphor ironic huh?

Big hugs WAM. My gram had dementia, and lived with my aunt for many years. It was so difficult for her, but she never put gram in a home. Even after she almost burned down the house, went on several walk-abouts, and forgot how to eat. That's what eventually caused her demise. But we knew being around family and friends was far more important (and extended her life) than being in a cold, strange, facility.

My heart goes out to you. But know you're giving the greatest give one can give - love and compassion.
