this is why it's more reasonable to believe that it was more than just pot. She may not have been an addict at the time, but who knows what her attitude or thoughts were towards occasional usage. There's just so little to go on concerning who she really was.
MOO.

If (God forbid) I ever turn up missing; my friends and family better be screaming to anyone who will listen to every outlet possible, daily! They are welcome to tell anything about me they feel necessary to find me. My heart goes out to this poor young girl.

Here's something I was wondering; what if LE believes she's being held somewhere and they think if too much attention is drawn to her that maybe they would be more inclined to kill her? Is that plausible? I just don't know what to think at this point.

Except, there is no evidence that Danni ever touched a hard drug in her entire life. On that basis, we probably should not speculate that she, the victim, was involved in unsubstantiated criminal behavior.

Why can’t anyone confirm TT 30 day incarceration ?

Are there resources that can be checked either by phone or in person? I’ve struck out finding anything online, even when looking for random dates such as June 6th.

I believe our resident attorney has searched and couldn’t find anything, I’m going to wager if it could be found she would find it. She had no trouble finding the custody court docs, so if there was a case she would have located it. MOO

I hardly think that someone looking to buy $10-20 worth of pot for an evening with friends is a robbery target. They make more money by keeping the customer than stealing $20.

With all due respect I don’t think that’s quite the going rate these days not for the decent stuff anyhow. And I think since the new found info On more footage showing DNV and DW splitting ways it’s safe to say the shell station wasn’t the intended stop. Of course nobody is going to rob someone for $20 more than likely. They’re not even gonna meet up with you these days for that little bit of money it’s not worth the gas or the effort of getting off the couch or being arrested. But if they think you have more $ on you they might... especially since you just bought a new car it could be a robbery gone wrong, Carjacking gone wrong... she could’ve not been buying weed at all. She could’ve needed to stop and use the restroom or buy an energy drink.

I can't get past the suggestion that TT and DNV were together while DNV was dating and pregnant with another guy's child while TT and DNV lived in "their" apartment "as friends."

I feel like if I came home and told my husband I was pregnant with another guy's baby he just wouldn't be ok with it and want to continue living together as friends.

I am glad you said this. I have been thinking about this all day. My husband is a reasonable fellow does not have drug problems or domestic violence history and he would not want to live with me and be my friend. I cannot imagine how someone with those problems would react.

If TT was in jail, Police would have cleared him. JT said herself in the interview that no one was cleared. So, if everyone is still a suspect TT does not have an alibi. If TT was in jail he’d have an air tight 100% cleared alibi. I don’t think it can get any clearer, he was not in jail.

I can see the initial stop at the Shell station being related to the phone situation.

But, what about Car 3?

Do you think:
Someone that knows her is following her from Dublin's/Known Stranger Danger? or
Total stranger danger situation and random - possibly sitting at Waffle House and saw her? or
Car 3 was at Shell because DNV or DW had contacted them to meet/Known Contact turned into Danger?

If we believe DW, then the reason he pulled into the Shell station is because Danni flashed her lights in relation to the missing phone. Everything he did after that is related to searching for a missing phone, and then searching for the owner of the phone. After 3 days of no contact with the owner of the phone, he phoned JDT just before he submitted the phone to police.

It seems too coincidental that a random bad guy opportunistically saw her at her only vulnerable moment, disabled her GPS and then she and her car disappeared. Seems far too organized for a random event.

JDT said that Danni and Car 3 left in different directions and that her car when to a heavily populated area. Assuming that DW is telling the truth, why did Danni go from "driving" her car to "occupying" her car at the moment that her GPS is disabled?

If this is not a random event, then either Car 3 had access to her GPS, or they followed her from The Dublin. Her car was easy to spot with the paper tags. Danni may not have been driving her car when it left the Shell station. The two drivers may not have gone in the same direction, but Danni was occupying one of the two cars.

What was the original source of gps being disabled. I can’t for the life of me find a LE quote talking about it. I found one were they said No GPS????????

Having a hard time picturing the liklihood of a stranger danger scenario vs a known person danger scenario. Thinking about who, in DNV’s life, is seeming like the most unstable person, with a known rap sheet. IMO JMO

ETA: We are not hearing LE make announcements about public safety and stranger danger. IMO

That's true about whether the public should be concerned. However, the public usually demand to know whether their area is safe, but in this case it was a closed gas station on a service road off the highway. Everyone knows that it might not be safe. DW and Danni were there for 2 minutes before something happened to her, not that high risk.

There seems to be one person who believes that she is deceased, and who, according to his mother, is mourning her death. That is the father of Danni's daughter, CT.

Why does TT think that Danni is deceased?

I am filing the “DNV and DW left at the same time and split up” with other statements that are not likely IMO. I believe JDT’s original statement from DW is the most accurate. That was the story she tried to poke holes in from the beginning and that she keeps adding to to keep suspicion on DW.

We know she lost her phone. So something had to happen from her leaving the parking lot to retrieve her phone, right?

Maybe she did just walk away..... oh wouldn’t that be a fantastic outcome. I’d be so happy to see a found alive, does not wish to comment.....

I would love that outcome.

JDT originally said DW told her DNV and DW left the Dublin together. DNV flashed her lights at DW who pulled into the Shell. He went back to Dublin to help her find her phone thinking DNV was following and realized he lost her. Once the CCTV video came out it was JDT who said car 1 and 3 where the same. And that is when additions to DW’s story started and it was always JDT who changed his story. IMOO!

Can someone grab a copy of that interview please?

Information has gone missing fast in relation to Danni's disappearance. Someone needs to grab that before it disappears.

I grabbed a copy last night while I was listening to the interview. Did anyone notice the change of demeanor in JDT when the host mentioned setting up a tipline? I will be curious if that happens or not.

Personally I do not believe anything JDT is reporting and IMOO that entire interview was another smoke and mirror show.

And for all the talk about rehab someone may have been arrested while in a halfway house doing court-ordered rehab for possession of heroin with intent to distribute. So "rehab" is not necessarily a secure facility like it seems people are suggesting it is. You can still apparently get a scale with heroin on it in your room.

Hold on a cotton pickin minute!! DNVs possessions were removed from her apartment? In August? When she was missing a couple of weeks?
We’re they just tossed out or is someone caring for them?

First we were told they were put on the curb by LE. Then it changed to JDT has them. So who knows. I am just outraged that three weeks after missing DNV’s home was dismantled.

Danniella's rent was due August 1, and no one paid it while she was missing. 30 days after non-payment of August's rent, her landlord started eviction proceedings. Since the rent was never paid, she was evicted and her belongings were removed to the curb by the Sheriff. JDT said her and TT went and collected TT's stuff and some of DNV's belongings.

Apparently no one thought to pay her rent with the money she left in her apartment or any of the money that was raised.

@Alethea I totally “get” the landlord’s decision, but even if they didn’t want to use her money, it sounds sketch they wouldn’t have been in contact with the landlord before eviction proceedings. Something isn’t right with that family.
