I only asked because you posted this on thread 3, post #552:

"Two PIs have been brought on; one I know is pro bono at this point but I’m not sure about the other (this is not a competency issue; two members of JDTs team were each speaking to a different one at the same time as the other. Ut he more eyes on it, the better, at this point.). Again, one of the well-known national search organizations is on standby awaiting LE approval."

I think we all truly appreciate your willingness to participate as a VI, but I hope you can appreciate our continual confusion of information when it keeps changing.

Oh! I forgot to go back & clarify. The one didn't end up coming on. I'm so sorry!

TT is married to a woman from out of state whose name has never surfaced so I'm not going to even use initials. There was a divorce proceeding in 2015 but it was cancelled.

Thank you for looking this up!

There are simply too many stories from families of missing persons where they have been victimized by con artist clairvoyants and psychics. Those who claim to speak to the dead are usually the first predators to emerge from the shadows to contact the families of missing persons. They prey on hope, promise to erase the suffering, and stuff their pockets while wearing a mask of empathy.

I absolutely agree that this happens and it's very sad. Any of these people who have been asked for help in DNVs case are people that are known to be reputable and the FB group admins have worked with in the past.

@cedgison But I thought you said yesterday that you all had been in contact with the person. All my posts on this topic have been deleted due to TOS issues unfortunately. But it sounded like the use of this person was something that was being taken seriously and they had suggested the water search location near DW house and Dog River. Please confirm, thank you.

PS. If you could confirm basic dates for DNV departure from KS, NC and arrival to Mobile that would be appreciated as I think we now have 3 different sets of dates and are very confused. Can you also confirm that CT and recently adopted baby are only offspring of DNV? People are confused now that there might have been another earlier baby before recently adopted baby.

I am not in contact with the person; JDT and the other original FB group admin have been.

I do not know dates; I'm sorry. I've heard different things as to how many pregnancies DNV has had, none of which have been confirmed, unfortunately.

How many different places did DNV live?
NM to KS to NC to AL?

Was it just DNV moving or were her parents moving also? A time line with information would be nice.

I’m still trying to process that TT was living with DNV. It was described as “her” apartment not “theirs”. Did he work or pay rent- or was DNV supporting him. I guess if he totaled her car in a serious accident then she was the only one bringing in money?
Perhaps a head injury from the accident?
All very confusing....JMO
The short answer to all your questions is that we sadly do not know the very basic information associated with the life of DNV. DNV is believed to have moved with her family as it is believed her father was in the military. She lists on her FB page that she attended Kansas State but we have no confirmation of her graduating from HS so this is unclear. We have asked the VI@cedgiston to provide this timeline information or confirm what we already have listed and have received no information unfortunately.

The TT living situation is also murky at best. JDT said in most recent podcast that TT and DNV were living at her apt as 'best friends'. Mmmm. Then we had another statement that TT and DNV did not live together I believe by JDT/VI more recently. We also had the apt entry situation shortly after DNV missing date where JDT/and or friends entered apt and removed furniture and items allegedly belonging to TT. Did MPD inventory these items? How much cash was removed and is it with MPD for safekeeping? They then allegedly waited for the put out date to take the remainder of DNV personal effects. How this ransacking could have been permitted if TT didn't live at apt or wasn't on lease is simply not understandable and the explanations we have received on this entire situation have fallen short of anything understandable IMO.

We have no information on TT working or whether he sustained any injury in car crash of previous DNV red Chevy Cruze.

I'm not local but I wonder if in the event that someone abducted DNV then maybe stashing her in one of these projects might be a good idea if they were 'no go' areas by both locals and police? Many cities have locations that the police stay away from and I wonder if either of these places might be in that category with locals? I also wonder if perhaps TT might have been crashing in one of these places or DNV might have been going to visit him or a friend? I'm clearly grasping at straws but I can see reasons for someone being there even if the area is not safe. Also if you wanted to buy drugs would you call your dealer and have them bring the stuff to you or would you head to the dealer that might be located in this area.

Also, the history of Papa Buddha bar is interesting (posted articles earlier in thread). The founder died a couple of years ago and the place was subject to at least a couple of gampling and drug raids over the years. It seems like underground gambling was something MPD had been trying to stamp out as far back as 2006 but I wonder if its made a comeback or if the bar was still a consistent place to get drugs even today?

In my opinion... I think she was probably heading to papa Buddha’s for whatever reason... that would answer the question of why she was going in that direction- whether something happened to her on the way there, after there or heck from those articles something could’ve happened to her there. It’d be a “more populated place”... she could’ve very well been intercepted while heading there or leaving there. Knowing what I know about those housing projects... they’re a crime hotspot and if someone fitting DNVs discription was driving through there they’d stick out like a sore thumb... an easy target for police and for sure someone with ill intentions. They know when you’re outsider. It’s a Rough, Rough, Rough part of town. Unless they’re some young small time drug dealer without a car I would think (because police presence is higher in those areas) the dealer would meet somewhere less “hot”

TT would have to be dealing with some dangerous people if he was dealing/using Heroin... did he owe someone? Was the extra money in the apartment part of the money he owed them? Was she just holding onto his stuff for him because he was in jail, and he wasn’t actually living with her? Because if she had to get a loan for half of her down payment and only had a month to pay it back then seems like she would’ve used that money towards her down payment. I doubt TT would be welcome in any of the foremention projects lol it would be the least inconspicuous place, he’d be a minority for sure.

I finished the hot spots list. Also, does anyone local know the name of the auto repair shop that supposedly is located next to Pearl Motors (shared driveway of some sort was mentioned)? I am unable to drill down on google maps to figure it out. Pearl said in one of its online review comments that it doesn't do any repairs or mechanical work at its location but sends everything to repair shot nearby. One of the comments stated repair shop is literally right behind Pearl Motors. Thanks

From what I can tell it’s some little independent mechanic shop that probably rents the garage from them, I can’t find a name. I’ll drive that way on my way to work Monday morning and see if I notice a sign or something

I think I read in one of the earlier threads that DNV stayed behind in Kansas with her grandmother to finish school when her parents moved to NC

LOL my brain is mush at this point

I think we're all mush-brained from this discussion. With most missing person's cases, we learn the facts as time goes on and we build an understanding of what most likely happened. In this case, we take 2 steps forward, 3 steps back, 5 steps sideways, do some black flips, and then we do it all over again, leaving us with little more than the fact that Danni is either missing or she's on a spontaneous vacation.

A timeline would be helpful.

I’m still trying to process that TT was living with DNV. It was described as “her” apartment not “theirs”. When did that occur? I guess if he totaled her car then they shared a vehicle?

Was anyone injured in the accident - perhaps TT suffered a head injury?

Priceless!

Well, at least we haven't sunk to the level of Ouija Board posts and info , yet.....

TT was in the army and deployed overseas to Iraq in 2010. Many of his criminal charges are being litigated in the veteran's court in Mobile. I would guess he has PTSD and other issues related to his deployment and discharge and it may have spiraled into his current situation. I don't think it is really relevant but I wanted to put it out there.

Thank you! I think that context is particularly relevant when a soldier spirals into drug abuse. In my mind, that actually reduces the probability that he is responsible for Danni's disappearance - unless he was attracted to the military because of the violence, but then presumably he wouldn't have PTSD.

When we talk about the MPD knowing a lot of the pieces of the puzzle already I keep thinking about the house in Theodore they raided and the man, JD being arrested. They didn’t find anything on DNV, but for some reason they looked there. JD was arrested for domestic violence strangulation, domestic violence assault, and unlawful imprisonment. Do we know if he has any connection to DNV? If this has already been talked about and concluded, I apologize for bringing it back up.

Yes that man,JD, does have a connection to DNV. He is the nephew of JDT and she gave an interview stating that in fact Daniella had been to his house in the past. I still think he should be a POI.

Police search Theodore property connected to missing woman

I cannot find the original article anymore, but I recall that JD said something about Danni while he was torturing his girlfriend for 3.5 weeks.

I did read that JD is TT's uncle, and I have wondered if that is JDT's brother. I have also read that he is TT's cousin. Too many of the Mobile reporters are sloppy with their facts.

JCD, who was arrested, is TT's cousin. 2 other people were detained at the scene, but were released. One of the detained but released people was JDT's brother aka JCD's dad aka TT's uncle.

Another oddity is that people were more upset about LE conducting the search than the crimes JCD was arrested for! His bond was raised to $50,000 after the arraignment meaning the judge felt there was even more evidence to hold him than when he was arrested.

What JD did to his victim was horrific. They only conclusion to make is that he enjoyed it a lot, because he continued to torture her for 25 days.
