For crying out out, you have a document and someone WS verified who has confirmed it through the Clerk’s office and you are still questioning it? You all need to let this one go as confirmed. Move on.... please....

I am waiting for Tricia to confirm. I understand this bothers you but Tricia has stated we can wait and then choose to believe it or not. Details matter. The document is incomplete and that puts the authenticity in question.

As sad as this is to say, I feel pretty positive this is probably what they recieved when they asked for something saying he was incarcerated. My assumption is that TT/JDT thought they had the original paperwork, but were unable to find it and had to go ask for something showing same. It could have been lost in the move of his stuff from one place to another.

I was just gonna say -- this is about what I'd expect someone to get from Mobile Metro. Kind of shocked they gave them anything at all.

Regarding the paperwork about TT being incarcerated, I hope no one thinks that producing the paperwork means that TT could not be a suspect at some point.

Once motive is established, Danni's car is found, or she is found, I believe he could become a suspect in relation to her disappearance. Even though police know where he was on the night Danni disappeared, they have not stated that he is not a suspect. Maybe Alethea can comment?

We know that releasing the CCTV footage put Danni's life in danger, so doesn't that mean that something of great concern happened to her at the Shell station?

My guess is they don't want the individual to know they know who they are or what their vehicle is.

This is a young man who has a 6 year relationship and daughter with Danni. The "husband" is always the first suspect. In this case, that is TT.

If he was incarcerated when Danni and her car vanished, then when she was at the Shell station by chance (forgot her phone), and as soon as DW pulled away, another car pulled in. In the next 16 minutes, her GPS stopped transmitting.

Who would have done that and why? Was this a random twosome who saw a car alone at the gas station somewhere on the way to the airport with paper tags, and they took advantage of the situation?

Protect the integrity of the investigation seems like the likely reason for MPD to withhold evidence (CCTV footage) from the public.

No idea. Is it connected to an official social media account and is the info posted by an admin? I don't know if that's what it says on page 1 of this thread - something like that. Best check.

Wouldn’t IG follow all other social media TOS so, as long as it’s publicly accessible (for example, if her profile is public and it’s from her profile - not her IG inbox, though), wouldn’t it be okay? I don’t know for sure, though.

Is this about an Instagram or other social media account belonging to Danni?

There must be some point to linking and questioning and so on with a picture of "a chat". What is it? What does this picture prove? Where did it originate? What are the privacy rights of the people who participated in this "a chat" ? Could you make the same point without the screen shot?

We don't know who saw her last. It appears that the occupants of the third car have not come forward despite the $5000 reward. The last sighting of Danni is CCTV footage of her car and another car at the Shell station after 11PM and after DW returned to the Dublin on July 17.

I posted the link upthread that the last sighting of Danni is surveillance footage.

It has been a good long while since LE has made any public statements about Danniella's case. I understand that there is only so much that they can say about active investigations, and I get wanting to keep information close to the chest, but I think it's been long enough that it's time to give the public something. Media coverage has come to a crawl with no new information. Her name isn't getting out there like it once had. The most recent MSM articles have not had LE comments in them though I believe they've been requested - just no response. My hope is that they're not appealing to the public anymore because they have a direction - but I'm not so sure. Earlier statements had requested the public's help, and we've seen no more activity - she hasn't been found, no arrests or POIs or suspects named, no people publicly cleared, nothing. I would just like to hear what they THINK even. What do they think happened? Do they think this was a random crime of opportunity? Do they think someone close had something to do with it? Do they think she drove into a body of water? Do they have a n y t h i n g? It concerns me, as woman in Mobile of similar age, working in a similar industry, who likes to go out some nights with friends and have a couple drinks. LE stated that the CCTV footage was taken down because it could put DNV in danger. Should I beware Car #3 on a night out with friends?

It is also not surprising MK has said nothing, as she is peripheral. DV does have people championing for her - its TT and JDT, people just don't like that.


I am the friend from New Mexico mom... every time my daughter or I get vocal to anyone in a group, message to MSM , or ask question someone doesn’t like we get blocked from the closed Facebook groups... Media does not respond. When anything new comes up it is immediately sent to LE.

I'm not Tricia but she has been busy so I asked her if I can chime in on her behalf and she said yes. Tricia said the document which has been posted on the thread is the exact same one she was provided, and she considers it a legit document.
