This have already been discussed a lot, but I keep forgetting things since info is coming so slowly in this case... was TT in jail at this time or not?

ETA: saw JoJoJo’s post right before I posted, glad someone is trying to find evidence of him supposedly being in jail. Thank you!

I think it has to do with TT and drugs.
Whether he did something or knows something.
Something feels off about this whole situation when it comes to him.

Based on googling TT name, it’s easy to see he’s a little “rough around the edges” with arrests for a number of diff things + things I’ve read on Facebook.

According to JDT she was in jail, there’s no evidence to prove that statement.

But.. in my personal opinion.. I would say the #1 suspect should be TT unless proven otherwise.

Totally agree! I have checked all the local jails and can’t confirm him being in jail. He also has been missing from all the events. Will keep looking as he could have been I. Jail in Kansas or North Carolina. You are on a roll today so any more good ideas?!!!

I can see drugs but I also can see auto theft scam. What makes you lean towards drugs?

I’ve been wondering about all of this the entire time. It’s sad if that is the case because JDT has been one of the only “advocates” for DV during her time missing. She also has (at least to the public) provided the most info about the case that could shape opinions of DV.

Custody must have been horrific situation. I can’t find confirmation of official arrangement either which is suspicious. Much conflict between mom and mil. I always wondered if this was done to keep custody of granddaughter permanent. Awful thought but it was in my gut from the beginning and I wondered if dv had family support for turning her life in a different direction and what happened to her took place because she became a threat to taking granddaughter? Just a thought.

His vice of choice seems to be alcohol per the arrest records though.

Maybe it’s being done to find TT and not dv? Helicopter mom worried about troubled son and will do anything to find him even if it means throwing dv under the bus.

We don’t know anything bout custody and I can’t find records. They might be sealed or it could be informal and not state sanctioned which would be horrible for child.

He was supposedly in jail for 5 days

Ok.. so hypothetically speaking.. where could we take this case if we knew...

1. The homocide detectives pinged her vehicle after the shell station (I.e. they have a CCTV that puts her at another location after the gas station)

2. This is being treated as a criminal case not a missing persons case.

3. DV was not married to TT - she may have been a victim of domestic violence.

Just some random ideas I thought of.

Yeah all the pieces are falling into place imo. Do any of you locals think its possible to locate a car in the river or is it too deep/swift?

I think it's too shallow to be hidden in there in the first place. Could be wrong though.

My dad is actually retired from the army so I’m having him look into this!

It’s sad but with this case I think there will always be more questions then answers.
And I think that poor little girl will spend her whole life doing the same thing we’re doing right now.
