Yes, I could only find older incarceration on him, burglary being one of them, along with a couple of DUIs. I did notice someone was arrested at the 3900 block of the same street she disappeared from, was arrested for theft a week or so later. Probably not related, but who the heck knows? Anything at this point?
What? Homeland security? Where? When? Why? Ok, if that’s the progression and in any way related to this investigation; then we should expect this to show up on Cold Cases soon. This is crazy.

4. Do you have reason to believe that the GPS was manually disabled? Have you tried more recently to 'ping' the car GPS?
5. Do you have any suspects or POI?
6. Do you have reason to believe any family members or friends of DV are involved in her disappearance?
7. Where did DV go after leaving the Shell Station?
8. What was going on in the two cars while they sat in the parking lot at the Shell Station?
9. How was Pearl Moters able to 'ping' the GPS of a car that they had supposedly sold that same day?
10. Have you fully investigated Pearl Moters and are they in any way involved in the disappearance of DV?
11. Why have the other individuals that were with DV on the night she went missing NOT been identified?
12. Are any of the individuals who were with DV on th enight she went missing suspects or POI?
13. Why do you believe that this is NOT a homicide case?

I am having difficulty finding the historical departures data on the website as the daily post is available only so far as I can see. Curious how many ships sailed shortly after disappearance? For the days presently online it looks like between 6-12 ships per day depart the port. Departures are both domestic to other parts of the Gulf but also all over the world Mexico, Brazil, China and Europe etc.

What do you make of JDT changing the story about the ping? Do you think LE told her to sit down and go with the last ping at the gas station story? Is JDT the type of person that would cave to LE pressure to go along to get along?

Part of me believes she could have just been told the wrong thing, and the information was just incorrect, but along with that I'd also wonder if it was human error/a glitch/wrong vehicle... What happened for that miscommunication to occur? Another part of me believes there might be something more to the ping. With the way LE reacted to the Shell video being made public, I can't discount the idea that maybe LE could have asked her to change the post for some reason. Trying to keep certain details to themselves for now? I don't know. I really don't know how to feel about it. It could mean nothing. It could mean something. I just don't know what to think.

This is so sad. A young woman working hard to better herself, and she goes missing the first day with her new car. Someone with authority, political or otherwise, needs to get on this and fast.

17. Do DV and TT live together or do they maintain separate apartments? Do they share keys with each other and other members of their apartments?
18. Is there a legally sanctioned custody arrangement for child of DV?
19. Why did none of the people in the 'party train' crew at the Shell Station realize DV was missing and contact the police?
20. Why does the mother of DV believe her daughter was car jacked and abducted?

It was up around 15 minutes and the Internet was washed clean like I’ve never seen before. That Order came from the top of the food chain eating its way down until completely absorbed. Wayback didn't capture it that I can find. It’s gone. All in my opinion. AKA: common sense.

Thanks for checking again. I struggle with Wayback. If that footage was shared to affiliates it has to be someplace. Its hard to scrub everything. I think even the FBI struggles with scrubbing everything. These are local police and I am not sure what their tech skills are at all. Nothing about their performance has been particularly impressive other than this internet scrubbing. Very curious indeed. Wonder if they had the FBI do the scrubbing or the State? But the link deletion activity is quite poorly done and almost seems to have been done to be irritating or slow down the process of getting the information. Its quite half assed IMO in terms of work quality. Wonder why they did it or who exactly did it? This is actually somewhat more interesting than this case. If I had the sense that LE were actually trying to find DV then I might give them the benefit of the doubt on the scrubbing and pulling video. But honestly they seem to be doing nothing.

I have a question? During the interviews after the Vigil JDT and Husband referred to them selves as MIL and FIL So my question is IS TT her husband or EX BF and if she is married why doesn't she carry his name. Iam really confused.

Join the club and add a question to the growing list. DV Mom said on her social media that DV is NOT married. So, who are you going to believe? Mom or Person calling themselves MIL? IDK. Flip a coin. Heads you get a crazy and Tails you get another crazy? Neither of these people inspire confidence but I'm inclined to believe the mom for whatever reason. But I don't know. We don't know if these two people DV and TT are married. I wonder if the police know?

1. Is DV married? If so to whom and since when?
2. If DV is not married then why do the parents of TT insist on referring to DV as DIL and saying that DV is married. Are they common law married?
3. Do DV and TT live together or separately?
4. Is custody arrangement of granddaughter legally sanctioned by the state or is it an informal arrangement with DV? If informal arrangement are such arrangements legally binding in the State of Alabama?
5. If LE 'lost' DV as she was exiting the Shell station what efforts have been made to find additional CCTV footage to find DV?

The time stamped video shows what appears to be two cars pulling into the parking lot at 11:05 pm on July 17th.

Two minutes later, one car appears to leave. The other car stays. At 11:08, another car pulls in and both cars stay parked until 11:24 when they both leave.

Perhaps Car 1 was leading DV to a place that was more secluded than Dublin's or had fewer lights and the plan was to do "it" there? But then she "lost" her phone? However, perhaps she didn't really lose her phone...perhaps Car 1 had the phone the whole time so that DV couldn't call for help? Car 1 pretended to go back to Dublin's and find her phone while Car 3 harmed DV, disabled the GPS, took both the car and DV?

Nope. You nailed a possible solution and neatly tied up the loose ends as to why none of the people on the party train called the police to report DL missing. Kudos! Would also explain why none of the party train people have stepped forward into the light and why LE isn't talking about the party train people. Food for thought for sure IMO! What do you think they were doing in the car for 15 mins or so?

Another good theory. The only problem I have with it is who would go to that trouble to car jack a 2014 car? Not unless it is tied in with someone elses theory earlier in the thread.
