The Top will figure it out!!! I don't care to count the minutes or the seconds. Terri & her accomplice(s) carried this out ! This is a case that will NOT GO UNSOLVED!!! * from my lips to God's ears:angel:*

I sure hope this case doesn't go unsolved.....not for a short time and not even for a long time. Firstly, I'd love to see that little guy home! But if he can't come home, I hope they find out all the whys and where and who is responsible! The most genuine person in this case to me seems to be his birth mother, Desiree, she seems to me is the ONLY one not playing some kind of game. Please Lord, let her mother's instinct be right, that Kyron is alive. Amen.

It gives me one too! The timeline is sooo tight, well at least it seems so from the information we have. If Terri did it, she either had to have had an accomplice or lots of planning ahead to do whatever in 10 or so minutes.

I really wish I could see her cell pings from the week or two prior compared to the day of. I want to know if she was out there on Sauvie for a long bit of time beforehand, an hour or so, KWIM?

Me too. And what time of day they did see the pings there, between 10 and 11:40? Between 1 and 2 PM? There's a good discussion over on the SI Time Frame that BeanE started. I'm thinking TH had to have an accomplice due to the time frame, but I suppose if she knew exactly what she was doing and where she was going, she could have planned specifically for her appearances at FM and the gym to be very very tight and still commit the crime, hoping LE would cross her off their list of suspects for the very reason of how could she do it in so little time? Guess in that case she thought wrong.

Agreed, but did she hire and/or know who took him, or even help the perp take him? I think yes. She looked scared and guilty at the pressers. That combined with running around all over town that morning, showing a not too close acquintance pics of Kyron in FM (which surprised the acquintance), emailing very early to people 'not to believe the LE' and talking about receipts...it all looks very bad. I'm coming back round to the 'TH knows who did it but can't tell because she helped them do it to save her own butt' theory. As for her timeline, I think she basically wanted rock solid alibis, worked hard to get them in the form of receipts from stores, and then the driving around SI piece of it was her freaking out and/or some sort of help to the perp.

It seems a little strange they would search for a couple of days for "evidence" and let the media have its way with it, only to take a few days off before resuming the search on the coming weekend. That gives any guilty parties a 5 day window to assess the situation and alter any crime scene or displace any evidence that may have been discovered otherwise. It's like saying "come out, come out, wherever you are....!" and expecting that person to step out from behind the tree and submit gracefully. I don't think so. seems as though they threw some time on it to quiet the angry hoards and now they're giving the perp time to collect his thoughts. hope they know what they're doing...

And I sure wasn't able to figure out how an area could be "re-examined" if it had never been examined in the first place.

LOL...sorry but it is still floating around out there. I still think this wasn't TH directly and that she had help. I'm not even sure the outcome was her intention but that she started the ball rolling. She is definitely involved IMO.

So back to Sauvie searches and timelines...I'm still trying to find out your question on the free Wifi but I don't visit Sauvie very often. Only during Pumpkin season and we were planning to go this weekend if it doesn't rain.

Thanks so much for working on this, loves2b. It's maddening, but I think dogging the timeline may tell us a bit more of what LE is thinking. While we're waiting for them to call us.

You guys have done some great work on the SI timeline. If I'm the DA, I'm hoping the searches there turn up nothing and that Sauvie is just a big red herring because if a body or evidence turns up there, it's clear that Terri can't be tied to it without significant headaches or complicated scenarios involving an accomplice. That equals conviction-killing reasonable doubt at trial.

This is just speculation on my part, having worked in a grocery store.

Every grocery store I've seen or worked at had large trash-type compressors in the back to compress all the cardboard they get in daily with the stock.

Those would make an excellent place to dispose of something. A trip to a desolate area would be a good way to throw off where the real event occurred.

Account for the 3 places you know your truck was seen, including a disposal place, then throw off everyone with a trip out to the boonies.

Over 160 searchers combed parts of the island Oct. 2 and 3, and will be back on Oct. 9 and 10 to search for the boy.

Okay, I am coming clean because you don't know who I am anyway lol. If anything I can write will help someone figure out what happened to Kyron, I will share. I'm not posting in the local section, because I'm not. I live in the Seattle area and my husband and I sometimes drive to Sauvie Island to sunbathe at Collins Beach, aka The Nudie Beach to some.

That being said, the drive once you cross the bridge from Hwy 30 to the parking area of Collins Beach can take 30 minutes or so most weekend days in the summer. This accounts for a lot of bike traffic, slow cars and low speed limits. There are lots of curvy, narrow places on Reeder Road on the way to the beach. The paved road ends about a mile or so (my guess) from the Collins Beach Clothing-Optional area. You also have to stop and buy a parking pass from one of the two little stores on the island. (I may have posted that before).

I have some photos that I took on Memorial Day 2009 when we drove down to sun ourselves, but forgot to check the tide tables. The beach was flooded almost to the road (a distance of probably 1/8 mile). If I can figure out how to upload them, I can share if anyone wants to look. If anyone wants to pick my brains, please let me know.
