Between Mark, Linda, Jeff and Judge Perry ....Mason is going to get what he has coming to him tomorrow.

You can cut the tension between he and Baez with a knife. I'd bet all the money in my pockets that he has already told Baez to start looking for his replacement. He wants out, no question.

I bet the reason he came out of retirement was his wife begged him to go back to work!!!

I am sure Mark has come up against other jerks in his career and he knows just what to do with him. He sure let Cindy and George know he wasn't going to suffer their foolishness. Messing with a Texas Equusearch volunteer? Is nothing sacred?!!

Totally! And why would a man who charges twenty or thirty times more an hour for his own time (and ostensibly would have charged KC the same if she hadn't inconveniently been declared indigent simply because her lawyer didn't believe in producing deliverables for his own "efforts") be so ungracious and rude to someone simply monitoring the process?

My estimation of CM went down quite a few degrees after that snide situation with KB yesterday; it's positively subterranean at this point. That man sounds like he is absolutely losing it. That behavior just cost him whatever he imagined his legacy was to be. Now when you google him, jerk, rude, bully are words that come up with his name.

If CM did, in fact, throw money on the table and did not personally hand it to the man it is one of the lowest of low gestures he could have done. It is almost as if he is saying you are not worthy of wiping my boots. Very disrespectful. jmo

IMHO, they are rude jackasses with overblown egos who don't like to WORK.

As generous as I can be is to say they are probably frustrated beyond measure because they don't have crap to work with to come up with a decent defense theory to present at trial. However, that DOES NOT give them an excuse to act like total jerks to everyone - the media, other counsel and certainly not their staffs.

It is because they never wanted to find out about the searchers that searched the area where KC was found. They know there was none. What they want is the names of all the searchers, so they can look them all up and hopefully find one or two with a criminal past, hopefully a person who was once accused and/or convicted of a crime involving children, and hopefully lay suspicion on them, and thus away from KC.

You know the bit. ‘We just found out that John Smith, a know pedophile, who was accused in’76 of the molestation and subsequent disappearance of his nephew was a TES volunteer. Did he lead a search over by the airport in order to distract searchers away from Hopesprings Dr. where he threw Caylee's body after he molested and killed her? There is a lot move reason to suspect him then KC, who according to all was a loving Mother'

1. They didn't read HHJP rules of conduct for HIS court or

2. They did read it, but felt the rules issued by HHJP didn't apply to them

Either choice won't make HHJP a happy camper tomorrow or for any future hearings.

And for beginning to compile what is sure to be a long list of articles that either call Mason a bellicose bully or an intemperate idiot. Perhaps someone should collect them all, scrapbook style, bind them and deliver them. No wait, his ego might be flattered at all the attention. And I'm sure it would weigh a ton.

I'm thinking that before this is through however, the word "senile" may make its way into some of them...or some kind of urban dictionary term will be coined...

*SIGH* I loved MN's motion, I really did. I just wish someone in his office had proof read it a little better The motion is so well worded that the errors are even more visible than if it was one of the rambling nonsensical ones from JB.

Having said that, it does not take away from the compelling verbal picture MN paints of Mason rude, crude and totally unacceptable behavior. It also proves that his antics yesterday with K. Belich was not a totally out of character response during a moment of stress, but just his normal mean, spiteful self.

Actually, they did file an amended version after I left the Clerk's office. I'm sure that they corrected any mistakes.
