It's not exact. Caylee was found on the other side of Hopesprings drive.
Yes you're right, I went back and edited it on the two merged maps.

Casey Anthony case: New defense filing blasts NeJame

Casey Anthony's defense team blasts prominent Orlando attorney Mark NeJame in a court filing submitted late Monday, alleging the Texas EquuSearch lawyer solicited the Anthony family, thwarted defense efforts and approached a "ghost writer" to collaborate on a book about the case.
I can't wait to read the whole thing! The article mentions allegations, not facts. I wonder if they defended their cause or perhaps threw in some legal references? Is "thwarting defense efforts" to go on a fishing expedition illegal? Sorry for the sarcasm...
I hope MM or the media will post the actual filing too! No apologies needed LOL. I wish there was a sarcasm font!
I think the allegations are kind of ironic, JB criticizing MN for possibly writing a book, how much did JB receive for Caylee's pictures?
Regardless of the MN allegations, what in the world does that have to do with the bad faith motion?
Wait, wait, wait....I'm confused. Didn't the judge tell JB to go over the MN's office to look at the files, along with a judge who would oversee their note taking. Have they not done that???????? So, now they are not happy with those arrangements....??????

JB is not only being petty but he seems to have mastered the art of mud slinging. I hope we get to see filing soon.
This all seems like such a waste of the court's time. jmo
Nejame wants to block it from happening at all.
Here is HHJP's order: http://www.ninthcircuit.org/news/Hi...ior Rulings by Disqualified Judge 7-21-10.pdf
Judge Perry gave MN until 8/2/10 to file the bad faith motion, so I assumed that the next thing would either be a hearing or a ruling before the viewing of the documents occurred. So I am just as confused as you.
MN filed his bad faith motion on 7/22/10. HHJP had previously given the defense a deadline of 8/25/10 to complete the TES document review. However, part of his Order specified that he would not consider any in camera review of docs (i.e., review, consider or rule on which searchers could be investigated) UNTIL AND AFTER hearing MN's arguments on his bad faith motion.
So, I am assuming this is the defense's response to MN's motion. Has a hearing date been set yet? If so, I missed it and have not entered it on the calendar.
If it helps to clear up anything - the hearing could be held before OR after the defense reviews the TES docs. Either way, Judge Perry won't rule on the searchers until after he hears MN's argument in re. his bad faith motion.
Here is JB's response to motion:
