Even if they do take notes, they still have to let the Special Magistrate show the tabbed documents to Judge P for review, and they cannot go PUBLIC with any of the info from their note taking, without Court approval.
Just having the info does not fit into the defense strategy to trash some TES volunteers, PUBLICLY.
In MN's filing today, he asks the Judge to not allow ANY of the TES searcher's names to go PUBLIC ... so, if the Judge grants that request, the Judge has the authority to ORDER the Defense not to release any of the names that they see on the TES documents. That way, if ANY mention of TES searchers comes out publicly (through Defense team members or their mouthpieces Cindy or George) .... it will be obvious that the Defense disobeyed the Judge's Order. IMO
